Bad advertising and service delivery
Poor service. I've cancelled my free subscription with them, then according to the system it didn't go through and this is the 2nd month they debited my account. People must please not make use of them what they offer you. And they going to do this for the next 12 months.0 replies

With the new courier service they are using parcels takes the longest time to reach its destination. Cheapest isn't always the best option. Maybe not paxi itself but the courier service they are using.0 replies

Poor service delivery
Since November packages have been delivered late and not even black Friday deals. Parcels are scanned out and then handed over to other courier companies. It's goods that needs to be delivered to clients. My advice to companies using them, think twice about using their services. It's getting bad.0 replies

What a bad experience, adding some shoes to my cart and proceeding to payment and being kicked off the Vodapay app. You loose whatever you put in the basket and can't order it again because you have now reached the limit for the day.2 replies

A must have policy for everyone.
I had a great experience with them when I had to put in a claim. Pay oit went smooth and i could cover all expenses that was covered. The gift they sent was amazing.1 reply
