I would like an answer as to when or if I will get a SIM.Where do I need to drive because I have paid everything.I have been waiting since the 30th of April.Or give me my money to look for another provider.
I made a booking to Grootgeluk to stay from 30 October to 1 November 2025.The management was quick to respond and also shared directions to the place. On the day I was to check in, I informed that I would be running late due to work constraints, and a personal matter - My grandfather died and I needed to assist some family member with placed to sleep. We encountered rain on the day of check in forcing us to get roadside assistance in the rain. We shared with the property management as well.The property management told us to follow the directions from Google maps, causing us to drive into mud. My phone battery died hence I was unable to reach out. I am traveling with a 5 year old. When we finally reached the venue all phones were off forcing us to sleep outside. I am deeply appalled by the service and lack of understanding from the property. I confirmed I was aware of the penalty fee and all issues but them knowing that I was doing my best to arrive and traveling with a child and they still did not open the property is deeply unfair and insensitive.I slept outside and it is now morning,still no response to calls or text.No checkup if we are safe or not considering we were 500m away.If I was white I am pretty sure I would received some correspondence.
I cancelled my subscription with Rain last month due to poor service, they even sent a mail confirming my cancellation.Today when I checked my account I noticed that they billed me when I never used their service. I would like my money returned because I do not want your services hence why I cancelled. I tried to report directly but your chatbot and email are useless.
I took out a loan during the year and around August I had enough to pay the settlement. I requested a settlement amount and account number to deposit into. Which I paid accordingly. Now when I check these people tell me that they returned my money as unpaid. I sent mail and to they keep telling me that I didn't paid. I sent them my statements to show that I deposited into the account they sent me and NO MONEY WAS RETURNED. They keep sending their statements but statements are not looked at nor do they show that the so called money they returned came back into my account. I am so appalled BECAUSE NOW THEY ARE SAYING I OWE EVEN WAY MORE MONEY THAN I BORROWED. ***!
Makro stole my money. I bought a washing machine on the 27th of November 2021. I was advised by the online tool that delivery is expected between 5-7 days. On the 2nd day, the only tracker showed that the order is processing. I called after 5 days to ask why the order wasn't moving. The lady advised that they are processing and that the money reflected in their account 2 days after I made the purchase. Therefore instead of me expecting the machine on Saturday would arrive on Tuesday. Tuesday passed, the machine didn't arrive and no comms received from Makro. I was forced to write a nasty email of which 2 days after that a gentleman calls to say I can expect the machine to arrive on the 13th of December latest. It is now the 13th of December, I tried to call the number I was advised to use- the number did not go through and their tel:0860600999 is also not going through. I have been patient and accommodating but what the hell. You have so many people working for you but the decency to notify your customers on delays. You are quick to take our money but slow to deliver. As a consumer, I am appalled by this. It is not fair. Stop advertising things you do not have just to get consumers to buy from you. You are burdening and inconveniencing us. Bring back my money and I will use another shop
