I app**** for my provident fund withdrawal every week I call in and am told my money will be transferred in 36 hours it’s been 3 weeks now. I hate this company so much
I am deeply disappointed in your company. Your debit order run date is appalling. I paid R483 for my bill of 982.99 per month and y’all still deducted the full amount instead of R499 as it showed on my vodapp now it shows -R483 for what? I need that money back I can’t pay R1465,99. You fail to run your debit order on time and charge late fees as if the debit order was unpaid. I have never received any statement for 12 months since I started paying
I ordered on the 27th of February groceries and a fridge and groceries we delivered on Friday and then the Fridge was supposed to be delivered on the 1st of March I waited the whole day and then the driver came in Sunday while I was away he left without calling and called on Monday morning to let me know that he will come and deliver. Around 18:00 I call him and just said he took my order back to the warehouse. The communication is not there and I hate that when I track order says on transit no driver allocated whatsoever
I placed an order for delivery 2 days ago i cant track order its not even packaged for delivery but they say there is a delay. I ordered my baby essentials since am aways so that it can be easier and convenient but i shot myself in the foot. Am so angry.. such horrible service experience and i will never shop again
I bought a frozen pizza on the 27th of March 2024 i sent a query on that very day that the pizza was off and tasted off i sent my reciept and my number no one bothered to call me to this day. I am dissatisfied and angry that i spent my money on a product that was not of good quality i want my money back ASAP.
I ordered pots online on the 29th June 2023 to date I have not received my order after waiting for over 10 working days, I am the one who reached out to them but have not given an expected delivery date to go collect my order. Super disappointed with their service
Was served hot fresh pizza and packaged well. Service was very fast even though card payments were offline due to loadshedding.
It's been over two weeks since my husband lodged a query every day we getting excuses after excuses. They claimed they have closed his acc transferred funds from his account without him knowing now they asked for alternative bank details to transfer the money and they said it was done we should wait for 24hrs that was last week Friday to date nothing has been received, the Midrand branch says they are waiting for funds to be released. How long must we suffer?
A query was lodged a week ago today we at the branch the fraud department is not picking up calls yesterday they claimed that the query is resolved but still access funds shows its blocked. I have no food, haven't paid rent or school fees and now am holding on to a line that is not answered. I hate this bank so much because my life is such in a mess
