Bestmed Medical Scheme

No service

I called Bestmed regarding a authorization declined code. I was passed from one person to another , then I was eventually speaking to an agent and all of a sudden was cut off back to the switch board . I also send an email regarding to services regarding the declined code to date no answer. If I don't pay my monthly subscription would they be so patience !!! Regards

Vox

Vox Hartenbos I have requested for an enternet extension cable. Vox agent gave a quotation and I paid on the 8/12/25. To date order still open. I have called many time everytime a new ref number and new promised Plus I am an account hold of Vox Telcom. Regards

The original issue of the deposit is not resolved. The bank just debited and credited same amounts

Bank deposit

I have logged an issue either a deposito we made and their ATM got stuck in the middle of the deposito. The bank credit the wrong amount and reversed without explanation. Still await feedback since 22 September 2025. Ref no ***4

MONEY WAS TRANSFERRED TO an absa account number ( ID ***) This person owe me money but everyday absa have a new excuse why money is not released. In the meantime my creditors is crying foul. This is now with the ombudsman for more than 3 weeks What must I do???? Please assist

Hi Somebody deposit money to my bank account on Friday morning. The capitec agent who assist her with the process made a mistake with the account number. They recall the money .ref number ***. Somebody transfer money from Capitec account Strand to Capitec account Langeberg Mall. The money is still not in my account . I have a reference number but Capitec Langberg Mall refused to check the reference number (576085), told me it could only done by sender Capitec Strand

***** incorrectly reported

I have reported ***** incorrectly to Capitec ***** Dept. I want this to be revoke. I was requested to submit a detailed affividate document which I did. Everytime I called to follow up on the incident number progress , I been told the number was closed but they have not cleared the ***** reporting. I really dont know what to do, my money is stuck because account is blocked. Incident number *** Case number ***2

I read an adverti*****t on Telegram (GroupLeadership M.Agatha tel no +***) to invest R5000 to get profit of R25000 immediately. Which I did , when I requested to withdraw the profit , I was informed I had to pay a certain fee before , the end of this story, thus far I have paid R90000 and still no profit payout.This is a big ****.
