No escalation process. Billing me but haven't installed the router or line yet and NO ONE will call me back. This wifi connection is a matter of live and death as the security systems need it to work. No one can tell me when the router will be delivered because there is no request for delivery, the order has been completed
Truworths is ruining our credit scores and Trans union reports by offering us more credit to spend when they having sales. They at the end of the month they charge you a full installment and now an "arrears" amount which reflects negatively on my credit report. In the report it shows that I have missed payments and we all know what that means for our financial future. I have made substantial payments yet still listed as missed 2 payments and as a result my credit score dropped by 13points. As a consumer is this fair? This is downright *******. GUYS STAY SWAY FROM TRUWORTHS ACCOUNT
The most unorganised company that has ever existed. After cancelling my fibre and moving ti a new residence and taking a new fibre line wirh you guys now you have cut my service saying i owe 3 months payment for the old line. You guys are not serious, you think you can bill every customer extra and we wont fight back pathetic company
They promise you when you sing on its a month to month contraqct, guess what its not. to cancel you need to pay for 3 months still. they sold me a platinum membership yet we cannot use the platinum services because there are no time slots available. the most unsanitary place I have ever been to. NO Ventilation, no air cons, no filtered water, you msut stand in a queue to fill your bottles. It stinks in the gym. Its so bad you dont even want to touch the machines cos it still has the previous persons sweat on everything. The staff members are nonshalant about everything. they play heavy rap music which is not work out music. when I leave there i feel disgusting and have a headache and never ever want to step foot in there again. It's been 8 days since my last post and imagine all I am trying to do is upgrade, I have still.not received a phone call from Rain. How many times does a paying customer have to request assistance but when the debit is due its immediate
Absolute uphill battle trying to get support with connection or an upgrade which is new business! Can you imagine the incompetence. I have called rain 11 times over the past month to query why my connection keeps disconnecting and reconnecting in the day. I have this subscription for 2 years. I have never had this issue before and my coverage was perfect, all of a sudden in the last month i have been having connection issues, they keep doing the same trouble shoot ith me which is so basic, restart the router. I have been doing so and dont need an agent to tell me that. I need a techniician to come out and investigate however RAIN cannot seem to even escalate the query let alone send someone out. Then this morning I tried to upgrade and get a new router and for some unimaginable reason the agents cannot seem to assit becasue they cannot confirm if I am paying in advance or arrears. I am totaly astounded by the incompetence of the employees of RAIN. if you looking for a servicde provider that will never be able to assist then RAIN is the way to go!
This place has the worst service imaginable. Not only do the waiters ignore you when you try to order but they also left me standing at the front desk for 35minutes waiting to place an order. They then took a further 45 minutes to make the order and when they did it was wrong. No apologies. Disgusting service.
I have eaten pizzas here before and it was absolutely delicious and worth every cent spent on it. Tonight we decided to eat at Flora Centre Del Forno, boy am I sorry. We ordered 2 large pizza's. Not just regular but gourmet which means it's about R200 per pizza and it was tasteless and dry. Hardly any cheese, lacking taste all round. What a disappointment. Their quality should match their prices and it definitely does not.
I opened an account with Absa Bank when I got a 2 month temporary contract job offer with a company, In order for them to pay me, I needed a bank account naturally. the contracted ended without promise of any work further which means I no longer had a job or an income. I went to the bank to close the account and they refused to close the account because the bank charges amount of R189 was outstanding. I have a small baby and at the time that amount was too much for me to afford to pay off with absolutely no income. Every time they called I told them I am unemployed, I will not have an income and the account is just going to accrue bank charges if they do not close it. They continued to tell me that they will not close the account as it was their policy, to charge someone bank charges for an account that's not being used. One year later I now received a notice of summons to pay an amount of R1493,80 which is just bank charges while being unemployed. I know this has happened to many other people, this is not fair and you are literally making money out of nothing and ruining our credit scores. I don't see how the law can allow this. I have been telling everyone I know not to open an account with ABSA and I hope and pray they listen. I will continue to make others aware on every social media platform of my experience and how ABSA bank is essentially robbing people of money they do not have. to date the account is still open. One year later!!!
