Central Locksmiths to the rescue
I would like to thank Central Locksmiths for the quick assistance in Pretoria today. He locked the keys inside the car by mistake. Phoned Pineapple Insurance, quickly arrangements was made with Central Locksmiths to assist. Thank you guys soo much for this quick response and service.

Roadside Assistance
Huge shoutout for Pineapple insurance for assisting my son in Pretoria. He lock the keys inside the car. He called me panicking. Luckily Pineapple Insurance with Central Locksmiths came to the rescue. It was quick and stress less. Once again, Thank you. People always ask me why do I have insurance on a old car, and this is why.

Great Service

Double charge
Yesterday on the 2nd of June 2025 my payment went off. They went and just take a double installment. Now on the Raingo app you have to deal with a stupid AI robot. Can someone from Rain please respond and explain why. No one is responding to mails etc.

Useless paypoints
The parking paypoints are useless. Show Visa and Mastercards are accepted. Standing in a horrible long que to pay then being told once you reach the front sorry cash only. Useless. Please give busineses back to the people who can do it. BEE is killing everything. BEE do not want to do the job and have no customer service. If every business in SA stands together and refuse BEE then goverment can do nothing.

Vodacom and Vuma = USELESS
Between Vodacom and Vumatel. Totally useless. More off than on. All Vodacom can do everyday send a useless message of a third party outages. Sort your **** out. When we need to pay you take it quickly. If I pay 1 day late I get a R100 penalty. So when do I get a refund for the days with no internet.
