Huge shoutout for Pineapple insurance for assisting my son in Pretoria. He lock the keys inside the car. He called me panicking. Double charge
Yesterday on the 2nd of June 2025 my payment went off. They went and just take a double installment. Now on the Raingo app you have to deal with a stupid AI robot. Can someone from Rain please respond and explain why. No one is responding to mails etc.6 replies

Vodacom and Vuma = USELESS
Between Vodacom and Vumatel. Totally useless. More off than on. All Vodacom can do everyday send a useless message of a third party outages. Sort your **** out. When we need to pay you take it quickly. If I pay 1 day late I get a R100 penalty. So when do I get a refund for the days with no internet.3 replies
