Such a disgrace, they did a migration on all my mums accounts which she did not give authoization for and they advised her they will investigate and that was three weeks ago they advised they were unable to find the call where she gave authorisation with this being said they advised that’s she would be refunded the Monday morning following this call and three weeks later no refund as yet. Dear Fastway Couriers Management, I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the unacceptable service I have experienced with your company. My package was scheduled for delivery on Friday. To my surprise, the driver claimed they were unable to reach me several six attempts, placing the blame on me as the customer. However, there was no genuine attempt made to contact me, nor any effort to ensure delivery. This is not an acceptable way to render services to clients. Today is Monday, and after I reached out to your office, I was advised that delivery would take place between 12:00 and 13:00. It is now 14:35, and no delivery has been made. This repeated failure demonstrates a lack of reliability and professionalism. Such service is unacceptable and falls far short of the standards expected from a courier company. I will not recommend Fastway Couriers to anyone, and I intend to make this experience public knowledge. On other platforms, withdrawals typically reflect within 5–10 minutes. However, I made a withdrawal yesterday and, as of today, the funds are still pending. If I had not followed up myself, I would not have known the status of my withdrawal. Each time I contacted support, I was given inconsistent and incorrect information. First, I was told the deposits department needed to confirm clearance, which made no sense since the funds were already available in my Hollywood Bets account for play. Then, on live chat, I was told the matter had to be escalated to the withdrawals department. Another explanation given was that the delay might be due to my withdrawal method, yet I have always used the same method without issue. It is very concerning that deposits are processed instantly when it benefits the company, but withdrawals are delayed and met with excuses when it is time to pay customers. This inconsistency reflects poorly on Hollywood Bets as a leading brand in the industry. I have been a loyal Betway customer for many years and opened a second account with Hollywood Bets, but this experience has been extremely disappointing. The lack of transparency, accountability, and efficiency is unacceptable. Hollywood Bets, this is not the level of service your clients deserve.

It has now been 8 days and still my account has a block on it. Capitec ***** has communicated that there was no contact made with them with regards to the payment and their client contacted them to find out what’s happening I have the proof of email as well. So now my question what is the actual problem with my account is it another matter that I am not being told about or is it really that you waiting to confirm funds from Capitec? I just called Capitec myself and they say verification of funds only take 24-48 hours if std bank needed to verify funds with them so now the question that no one is willing to answer? What is happening with my account Firstly the turn around time has been reached and secondly Capitec only takes 24-48 hours to confirm funds. The client has called Capitec and all seems to be cleared on their end? My question is what is happening with Standard Bank?

I was advised that the block would be lifted by Sunday, and that I would regain access to my funds. It is now Monday, and my account remains inaccessible. As a result, all my debit orders have bounced, and companies have contacted me to advise that my account is frozen. Today marks the second round of debit orders, yet my account is still inactive. This situation has caused significant inconvenience and financial strain. I was informed that Standard Bank would contact the necessary bank to confirm the funds, and two of the five consultants I dealt with mentioned that the matter could have been settled last week already. Unfortunately, I have been sent from one consultant to another without resolution, and the service I have received has been disappointing. I have never experienced such issues with other banks, even when receiving larger amounts. I have already escalated this matter on social media due to the lack of accountability and assistance. I request urgent intervention to resolve this matter immediately and restore access to my account. Please confirm when the ***** block will be lifted and what steps Standard Bank is taking to ensure my debit orders and financial obligations are not further compromised. My account has been blocked due to a big amount coming into my account I was told 7 days and this is unacceptable really I need to pay my rent today and I have submitted the proof of payment for this payment as I transferred them from my std bank account to my other std bank account. I cannot understand why this is my funds and I need to now wait to access my funds and my payments are all due today. Disgusting I tell you

Terrible experience with Standard Bank, apparently my account has been blocked and I now need to provide affidavit which I was never notified about and now I am unable to access my own funds. Disgusting I tell you.
