Do not apply for a loan online at atlas finance they take a whole week to get back to you after submitting your documents you still have to ask them what happened to the documents submitted as they dont get back to you the agent that received my documents was *********** and said no documents was attached and to date still no feedback recieved

I keep on being harassed and bombarded with emails and phone calls from nimble for a MTN account that was closed years ago!!! Why do you guys collect on old debt that has been paid up? Someone in your accounts department need to review this and close my damn account before I take legal action for the constant phone calls, emails and text messages!
HORRIBLE SERVICE AND FAULTY GOODS!!!!!! purchased a defy washing machine on take alot last year and it's been faulty ever since within a few months the machine stopped working and a technician was sent out to repair it. This year I am having the same issue machine stopped working in the middle of winter I've submitted the online submission 3 weeks ago and still no response when you call the call center you are on hold for a very long time and the consultants are not very helpful so it's time wasted I've sent numerous emails but received no response mind you the emails was sent weeks ago I need this to be resolved immediately as I have laundry pulling up and need to pay for Laundry services when this could have been resolved
I purchased a Defy washing machine on take a lot on the 26th of April 2023 only for the washing machine to stop working completely. I am having such a unpleasant experience with logging the return for the broken item as no one answers the calls and responds to the emails I would like a refund because I am flabbergasted with the utterly disgusting customer experience so far ! Logging a return or refund should not be this difficult with all the technology we have available
This company is the absolute worst ! My application is stuck on 93% and yet a debit order mandate has been approved it states on your website a email or sms will be sent after a few checks has been done but yet I received nothing how do I cancel my application? Cause i havent received a cent from you This has to be the most horrible experience ever I'll not recommend or use your site ever again

I purchased a piercing gift card online and was only emailed a confirmation of payment and that my order was ordered successfully but no digital gift card. I Called your Cavendish brunch and Blueroute and was advised that they don't know anything about online purchases. Your staff including the managers are incompetent and not helpful at all! I want to be refunded ASAP since I paid for Nothing!
I placed a order online on the 26th of November and was advised I will receive my delivery the Monday and two weeks later I have not received my delivery your site says same day delivery which is obviously a LIE! Everytime I get reassured my order wikk be delivered but NOTHING I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!!!
My MTN account was handed over to MBD and I've honored the payment arrangement but when asked for the paid up letter a consultant by the name Khanisile told me I need to pay MBD fees of 1000 which was not disclosed when making the payment arrangement what a joke of a company PLEASE FIX THIS ASP!!!!!!!!!!!!
