I placed an online order for a watch on 16 April 2026, and to date, I have still not received my item.I have contacted the support team multiple times requesting updates. However, I have not received any constructive feedback apart from being told that the order is “in transit,” with no confirmed delivery date. This delay is unacceptable. I kindly request that you: Provide immediate confirmation of delivery with a clear date, OR Cancel the order and process a full refund without delay If I do not receive a satisfactory resolution within a reasonable timeframe, I will have no option but to escalate this matter further. Please treat this as urgent.
It is clear that Curro Holdings is only concerned about how much they can make off our kids instead of educating our kids. I registered to enrol my kids in the school for 2024,all the required application documentation was shared with the school administrator. They invited us for an open day.During the open day I enquired about assistance for kids with learning barriers and we were advised that there are measures in place to assist those kids catc up,they even said they have a Tina ***ley reading program on the school premises.They told us that they don't do school assessments but they review the reports reports in detail and if there are any concerns they will let us know.I was convinced its a good school.all went well ,we were offered placement after submitting applications,and all that was outstanding was paying the enrollment fee.Last email I sent to the administrator was regarding the decision that I think my daughter should repeat a grade instead of moving up as felt this woukd benefit her coming from a learner assist school.Instead of providing guidance things took a 360 turn and the school sent after telling us to hold off paying the enrollment fee: With much discission and trying to find the best way possible to assist both *** and ***x, management has come to the agreement that based of the support and attention they require, we would not be able to assist with what is best required for ***x and ***x. They need a complete remedial environment to receive the individual attention that is needed to assist. We deeply apologies for any inconvenience caused. If there is any way we can assist you, please don’t hesitate to contact me. Warm Regards Clearly they did not check the reports and do their due diligence in detail,because they were chasing the money and to have an ******** administrator who woks for an organization that has a learner assist school in cape Town 🙄 but doesn't understand the difference between remedial and learning assistant is disturbing and very disappointing clearlyshe is ******** and misinformed.But maybe its for the best that they were no accepted ,because we all want our kids to be in an environment were they feel welcome.Take ur kids were they will learn feel welcome ,appreciated and uplifted ,Curro saltrock is not the place they only after ur money.
I bought three dresses from truworths online and they still have not been delivered.I keep receiving sms that the order is on the way ,but nothing Two weeks later I still have not received my dresses this is frustrating and annoying because when yoy call the call center they say they will deliver the next day. Truworths should focus on instore sales clearly online sales are proving hard for them to fulfill. I had planned to wear the outfits but I have nothing. This is nonsense.
My husband bought me a wedding ring from Sterns fourways on the 23rd of March 2022 valued at over R8000,last month the ring diamond fell off which does not make sense to as to how something so highly valued can deteriorate with these short times lines.I am disappointed in the quality of Sterns products and won't recommend that you waste your money at the rings are not value foe money.When I went in-store I received no assistance besides the fact that the ring may have factory fault and I have to pay for it to get it fixed as the warranty is six months which is not reasonable if the value is so significant.
I made an online purchase from Total sports on the 26th of September and the order was supposed to be delivered on the 2nd of November. No communication has been received regarding the delivery either from the delivery service or total sports ,I decided to track the order because it was late only to find that it says the delivery van has been hijacked, no one has communicated this to me but when I call the TFG online service all they say is that i need to ask for a refund. This is poor service delivery and its frustrating to accept the fact that my money has been debited and I was expecting delivery but now I am left with the additional admin of making a refund, I have lost out on the sale items ordered and in no way is Total sports rectifying this .I am very disappointed in the way this matter is being handled. I don't a refund I want my Order.
