I have been on the phone from this morning trying to get through to get a paid up letter and update on my account, no freaking answer, I get sent back to the voice menu again and again, I have emailed continuously with no feedback , the customer service is literally non existent.
I have ****ing had it with FNB , I requested a paid up letter for an account that was settled last year already, it still shows on my credit report as unpaid, I have gone through several ****ing calls with no single person able to provide me with this letter, your service is absolute **** !
Absolutely the worst services I have ever received, first I placed an order then when I enquired about the order they said it was listed under *****, then it took 17 different consultants to actually get to someone who has some sort of sense of what is going on because each person has a different story, eventually it was sorted and the order was placed, they debited my account with their installation fee and said I had to wait 7 - 14 Business days for someone to contact me to arrange the installation, today I enquired because no one has contacted me to arrange installation. Today they told me the order was canceled yet they still debited my account and I did not cancel anything I have been enquiring for the past two weeks about when they will come install it now all of a sudden my order was canceled. Their system is up to **** and the service is disgusting.
