Please ensure when contacting Masterparts for a quote that you also call the OEM, my case Masterparts after-market part and Audi original are the same price. Never knew after-market could cost the same as OEM. I will always check OEM from today.
There was a problem, snacks were part of the ticket, I ordered from in-house assistance and never received anything. CLM Brands is a company specializing in the marketing & distribution of wine & spirit brands. I purchased a bottle of GIN SOCIETY from Tops. The WORST-I-will-never-drink-this-garbage-again gin I ever had it was like drinking straight turpentine. CLM Brands confirmed with me that the owners were not interested in the complaint and will not be contacting me.
2017/0817 five/six fraudulent transactions via Bolt @ the Houghton branch of Burger King, called the manager, they would not hold the order back and neither would they allow me to communicated with the delivery service and or supply a contact number, I believe that the branch was complicit with the Yeoville drop of of the over R3100.00 orders..Complained the Burger King via website, automated response asking for the slip..as I mentioned I was not at the store..since then no feedback...
Paid for a parcel to be shipped from Newmarket Checkers to Cape Town on the 06th August 2022, by Thursday 11th parcel could not be tracked online..numerous calls, 15th August receive a call from Aramex, parcel only collected on the 12th from Checkers (week later) by this time I had to resend another parcel to the client, Aramex indicated that they do not refund, never will use this service again...money gone...
2 year old claim, originally Audi sent to BMW repair shop, what a mess...till to date Outsurance has failed me and all my assets are covered by them for the past 10 years +...todays disappointment, once again, I am moving away...I cannot be treated like this where i must pay for bad service
This seems to be a scam..they require a deposit without viewing the vehicle..once you ask to test drive..no address sent..please be careful
My daughter forgot her phone in the car...5 minutes later I mailed Bolt , as the App is on her phone, and there was no way to contact the driver... I cannot believe that there is now contact centre, no contact numbers...only email...24 hours later no response from Bolt...no way to contact Bolt is pathetic service...what if my house keys were left in the car and i had no spare set....
Outsurance directed me to Autobahn BMW Isando, bumper bashing, three weeks later Autobahn BMW handed me my Audi, bumper and fender TOTALLY not aligned properly. 1 month later to the date nothing changed, I removed my car from them, complained to Outsurance, Autobahn BMW Isando requested me to bring the car in again for them to align the panels, still i find issues, I will be taking the car to another repair shop to fix, my message NEVER TAKE AN AUDI TO Autobahn BMW Isando for repairs, even if your insurance directs you. PS: BMW South Africa confirmed on Friday 22nd March 2019, the they do nor do repairs to Audi. Hence the challenges I'm having.
