I recently visited Club Mykonos resort for 4 days. I parked my vehicle in the parking they designated to the flat that i stayed in. when i came to my vehicle on the morning Wednesday 25 March 2026 i discovered significant damage to the left side of my vehicle, i then reported the incident to reception who called security and made me write out an incident report, the lady also walked me to my vehicle to take pictures and advised that they would check surveillance cameras then give me feedback. i followed up numerous times as i received no feedback and i also walked through the parking to see that there are no security cameras where i am parked, until i checked out and left the resort. on Thursday 26 March 2026 when i arrived at home i called in and i was transferred to a gentlemen who only introduced himself as Mr. Geldenhys. Mr. Geldenhys confirms that my vehicle was not damaged in the parking after apparently checking all angles of the footage and politely asks if there is anything else he can help me with. This was a shock to me as i have always experienced the best service from this resort, until i have an actual complaint. They then treat you like a ******** and insinuate that you are dishonest. why lie about camera footage and why try to worm yourself out of taking any kind of responsibility? This is grossly disappointing and changes my entire perspective. when i go on vacation to destress i do not expect to leave more stressed with expenses of repairing a vehicle that assumed was parked safely.
I have placed an order on Shein and have been following up with Imile since I paid the Duty Tax and all staff have been very helpful until today, which is the day I am meant to get the parcel. The lady politely says No, you will not get your parcel today and that they have no depot in Western Cape so the parcel is at a location that she does not know and with a driver that no one can contact. I just need to wait until next week for items that will be useless to me by next week so I basically paid for nothing as I need to go and find these items in the shops. We need to stop Shein orders until they have a decent delivery company on board.
I recently moved so I canceled my VOX and applied for a new account at my new place 2 weeks ago. I have been getting mails for past 2 weeks saying my Fibre is successfully installed yet no one came out to install. After constant fighting finally my Fibre gets installed 2 weeks later to find that I'm being billed for the 2 weeks and still being billed for the account that I canceled. VOX managers now ask me to wait until they investigate why this has happened. In the mean time I have to pay for a service I don't have. I then asked to cancel my order now I'm threatened with a penalty if I want to cancel. What happened to consumer rights? With **** service like this and I have no choice but to wait. Something needs to be done to companies who bully their customers like this. I have called and sent mails all I get is a reference to ad to the other 20 references I have they don't care if you have service or not they just want your money. Someone needs to put an end to service like this.
