I recently visited Club Mykonos resort for 4 days. I parked my vehicle in the parking they designated to the flat that i stayed in. when i came to my vehicle on the morning Wednesday 25 March 2026 i discovered significant damage to the left side of my vehicle, i then reported the incident to reception who called security and made me write out an incident report, the lady also walked me to my vehicle to take pictures and advised that they would check surveillance cameras then give me feedback. i followed up numerous times as i received no feedback and i also walked through the parking to see that there are no security cameras where i am parked, until i checked out and left the resort. on Thursday 26 March 2026 when i arrived at home i called in and i was transferred to a gentlemen who only introduced himself as Mr. Geldenhys. Mr. Geldenhys confirms that my vehicle was not damaged in the parking after apparently checking all angles of the footage and politely asks if there is anything else he can help me with. This was a shock to me as i have always experienced the best service from this resort, until i have an actual complaint. They then treat you like a ******** and insinuate that you are dishonest. why lie about camera footage and why try to worm yourself out of taking any kind of responsibility? This is grossly disappointing and changes my entire perspective. when i go on vacation to destress i do not expect to leave more stressed with expenses of repairing a vehicle that assumed was parked safely.

This place has the worst service and check in time ever. I will not be back to the place again. I have been sitting in my car with my kids from before 2pm. They left my unit for last to clean. How can they take from 10am in the mornign when people leave till 4pm in the early evening. I will not be back. My kids have been getting restless and other people are all going to there units from 2pm already. I am super annoid with this stupid resort. Service is really bad . The lady at reception said she will find out about the unit and call me back. No response or call back fro.bher at all.

What a pitty that my car wheel was clamped after parking in a members spot. The sign on the other side of the parking was blocked by a big SUV and not visible due to its size, and no sign at the actual parking except "Parking at owners risk". They did not want to listen and I felt that the members interrest was being put above mine as a paying day visiter! Also not signs or visible indications as to the direction of the restaurants, and I had to walk around being sent from one place to another with no assistance! I askes another day visiter, who was clearly also lost and fruatrated, for directions!

We booked 4 days at My one entire day was without electricity and the contingency plan my management was to give hot water no other compensation like extra activities Management does not realize one books a holiday an expensive holiday to have one entire day taken away and spent off the resort which was paid for

Every year I take my family to Club Mykonos! In our opinion its the perfect family resort. Something to entertain all ages, safe and incredibly beautiful. A year ago there was a hiccup with our booking. Like a baby I threw a tantrum. In steps Mr Henco Lotz... He resolved the issue in a matter of minutes. all while handling an irate client with professionalism and grace. Since then I get personalised phonecalls with dates he know my family and I go on holiday to notify me of preferred units availability. During our stays he always checks in to see if there is anything he can assist or make better! We will return 10 000 times until this man one day retires! PS service is now one of the main reasons we keep going back!
