I won a bonus of R75 played and when I reached R335 wanted to cash out was told I have to complete the pay throughout any way continue to play ended up winning R1700 tried to cash out and was told about play throughout again eventually I was allowed to cash out at R1400 I confirmed amount provided banking details yet only received R250 when I enquired was told bonus spins are capped at R250

So in the past 2 months ive been to hungry lion in jhb Eloff street twice the first time i waited 1 hour and 10 mintues for wings no body could explain why On saturday i went back while eating i was approached by not 1 but 2 homeless ppl 1 one when i told him i dont have any change to spare opted for taking a piece of meat off my tray with asking soon after he left a different homeless guy came on once again nagging for any coins told him i dont have he ended up asking for my drink at this point i was so put off i walked out the store leaving me meal behind because wow

Why is Uber allowed to rob people and get away with it a few months ago I requested a ride with Uber driver never showed or canceled but still I was Billed for the ride now I contacted Uber and was told I will receive a refund in a few days time until today no refund on Friday I requested a ride again my bill was R51 later on that day my acc was debited for R94 then R43 for a R51 ride then you get told you will receive a refund that never comes

So yesterday we ordered food all our meals came with out chips we then called the store to notify them the lady that answered the phone said they will get back to us that was the last we heard from them This is not the first time this has happened the last time they brought out chips 2 hours later very bad service

Cellc is rubbish

So I called cell today trying to make an arrangement to pay my missed debit order only to be told I didn't pass the security questions I gave my ID number confirmed my acc and debit date also my cellphone number only to be told it was wrong I don't understand how thou can cellc please explain to me why I would go thru so much to pay an account that isn't mine

A few months ago I settled my acc with capfin but I receive continuous phone calls saying I owe them their call center agents are so rude and unfriendly they shout at you while you trying to explain worst experience ever !!!!!!!

This is my 3rd time posting about cell c and there bad service after taking 2 months to fix my device today I got an email saying I owe them money I have an email from cell c thanking me for my payment I took a proof of payment to the store and they debited my acc yet my cellphone was turned off because they say I owe them ?? Can someone please advise were I can report this matter

Good Day Is there anyone that can please help me get my phone back from cell c its been in repairs for a month now first i was told they waiting for spares then i was told my phone was fixed and i could pick it up at the shop when i got to the cell c shop i was told my phone isnt there today i called again and was told that a replacement device was dispatched i have no idea what is happening i dont understand why im being treated in this manner as a client i have played my part in making sure they always paid on time
