Poor service
If I could give a minus 10 star I would. No one gets back to me regarding our incorrect billing! No service delivery! They do not keep to the contract that was signed. We have numerous correspondence via email and WhatsApp0 replies

If I could give zero star I would. My daughter paid with her "Pay Just Now" app at Checkers money market to buy herself food. 2 x payments went off her account & she still can't buy her food she already paid for. Checkers keeps on telling her they will get back to her but to no avail0 replies

Very bad service
Takealot is worse than wish! My last orders is damaged and incorrect products. It is a nusance to get it sorted!! Bought gifts for people and it is both not correct, one is wrong product and the other is damaged badly!! Drivers throw boxes around in their bakkies and do not care who paid for it who to whom it belongs.0 replies
