If you are a serious coffee enthusiast this is the place to shop at. The selection and freshness is always spot on. Their descriptions of the coffees and equipment is detailed, which is so helpful. We are not coffee snobs but enjoy variety and specific tastes. The staff and management always go that extra mile to assist with any query. Most recently we missed a coffee workshop and was pleasantly surprised at an email received notifying us that even though we missed the event a goodie bag was saved and ready for collection. To our utter delight and surpthe bag was filled with an array of 100g bags of coffees suited to our usual styles. Wow. Now this was awesome. High recommended for all your coffee supplies.
The worst customer service. Disinterested in items missing after hand delivered to kiosk. Sent parcel like image in brown bag.client received package in see through packet. 2 items ******,missing. The attendant at the kiosk claims he put the brown carrier bag in a blue flyer bag and they refuse to settle the matter. The communication is with a automated email. The courier guy blames pudo. Terrible .

Vineyard Rd. Cavendish Square. Claremont.Is this how City of Cape Town traffic officers are writing R800 parking tickets, from inside their own cars, double parked and blocking traffic. There a 5 blocks empty which should have details like my car expiry date not filled in because the office failed to get out of his vehicle to issue the fine. He sent his junior colleague to hand it to me.The epitome of bad manners and laziness. I will be formally emailing the Traffic Chief. #WIN
1 suggestion for Yaga is to have a customer review section for sellers as I have had great comments on the condition of items I have sold and that they met the expectations of the customer. Unfortunately so many counterfeit Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Nike etc.... sold on Yaga so one has to be cautious ⚠️ when purchasing. As for the rest Yaga is fantastic. The customer service is prompt. I have bought many and sold many items successfully. My advice before buying open the profile of the person to have a better idea of what they sell. Well done, just iron out the kinks.
