Here’s my experience: - They sent me the incorrect coffee machine at first - took ages to deliver the new machine - delivered the new machine to the wrong address which made me miss several events I needed the coffee machine for - their customer se
Here’s my experience: - They sent me the incorrect coffee machine at first - took ages to deliver the new machine - delivered the new machine to the wrong address which made me miss several events I needed the coffee machine for - their customer service is shocking - they are slow to reply - they are even slower to make a plan to fix the problem. - on top of all this the machine they replaced is now faulty and they are in the process of sending a part for me to do the installment on my own! Shocking! - their prices are also higher than anywhere else in SA Don’t use them!

Great service and great coffee
Love the coffee and love the service. I was kept in the loop every step of the way with my order and it arrived at my house well before they said it would. I will definitely be ordering from them again

By far one of the coolest coffee buying online shop
If you are a serious coffee enthusiast this is the place to shop at. The selection and freshness is always spot on. Their descriptions of the coffees and equipment is detailed, which is so helpful. We are not coffee snobs but enjoy variety and specific tastes. The staff and management always go that extra mile to assist with any query. Most recently we missed a coffee workshop and was pleasantly surprised at an email received notifying us that even though we missed the event a goodie bag was saved and ready for collection. To our utter delight and surpthe bag was filled with an array of 100g bags of coffees suited to our usual styles. Wow. Now this was awesome. High recommended for all your coffee supplies.

Excellent and incredibly quick service
Excellent and incredibly quick service. More than twice now I’ve ordered some coffee beans and received them within 24 hours which is amazing. Great prices and a wide selection. I can’t imagine shopping anywhere else for anything coffee.

Great Coffee Equipment
This team have done so well. Love what they doing bringing all the coffees and equipment together. They a little slow on their emails. Also was disappointed as I waited a long long time for my kettle.
