I am appauled as I have a two bedroom ground floor unit and Tra***ar property managers our levy portfolio, I have been charged extra on my levy for loud music and they have no warning letters or previous correspondance to me for charging me with this extra R500, I am told I have to pay it or it will draw interest wich will be my responsibilty to pay, I dont even have a music sound system in my flat! I am really discusted with the business ethics of Tra***ar and their bully tactics to make the residance of Kenston Heights pay for untrue loud music, will take this further with the board of trusties sitting on the Levy comittee for S.A.
I was ****ed by MD engines and gearbox out of R14 310, I was told by a guy named david that the 1.2 vw polo tdi bluemotion engine will be courierd out of upington and that they courier same day after proof of payment, I did the EFT and then recieved a tracking code from the courier via email stating that I must pay a further R4500 for insurance and engine clearance, I contacted MD engine and gearbox and was told he will speak to the courier and call back, that was it, he never called back, I called and left messages on watsapp but I never got my engine, I went to the SAPS and reported this *****ulent advertising that ****med me out of R14 310, case no.(73/01/2024) do not do business with MD engines and gearbox they are organised **** artised!
I bought a cell fone at Tellkom N1city, the contract was for a S20 Samsung Galaxy Ultra, the contract started last October 2020, I was robed of my fone end may 2021, the Insurance is with Telkom, I logged a claim through Tellkom N1city branch 25May 2021, I received emails from the consultant of the insurance company stating that all my information concerning the claim was received and that I will receive feedback after 24 hours concerning the outcome of the claim, that was in June 12 2021, up till now I have not heard or received emails concerning my claim and I am still paying the insurance and contract premium's, it's almost two months since the claim was logged and the Tellkom employer that helped me log the claim says he too can't get hold of the consultants?, can somebody please tell me how this is possible and what I can do to rectify this Awefull situation!
