I am so upset with 1voucher .i loaded a voucher on the 1voucher app but the funds didn't reflect and this was yesterday.i have sent emails,I have called I sent messages on Whatsapp i received 1 reply about them having technical difficulties and that their technicians are busy but now a whole 24hrs have passed and I am not getting an answer to when I am getting my funds.i refuse to wait up to 2 weeks for my money because that is what they do or they don't refund a person's money at all.they lack customer service and empathy and just couldn't give a damn about the people the robbing ... ..
Great website.purchasinh items are super easy.they are trustworthy and provide a good service to clients.im comfortable and can use my phone for my shopping.awesome
Pathetic service that this service provider gives.i been up and down today for the 3rd time trying to do a sim swap at a store.but because I got disappointed twice already with being told prepaid sim swap service is offline.Today I tried a 3rd different store,I got the stores phone number but it just keeps ringing continuously.i called ten times.Then I phoned the malls management centre to find out if it was the correct number that I got.yes they gave me the same phone number.i then asked which store was next to MTN.I then called the store next to MTN just to find out if they are open and to ask them to please answer the phone.The lady was so kind to do me that favour without even knowing me.i tried calling again and it just keeps ringing---no answer ....My reason for the call was to find out if the sim swap was online so I wouldn't waste my money on travelling till there to only find out I'm wasting my money and time .... I then decide to just go till there and WOW what do I get???? The same flippen story "The prepaid sim swap is offline"-- I got so angry,I wanted to scream ***!!!!! And not one single employee in that store could give me an answer when I asked them the question " How do I get my number back if the service is always offline?"... It's frustrating and infuriating.its almost 3 weeks and it's cause a financial blockage in my life because that number is linked to money matters in my life.That has been my primary number for almost ten years.My MOMO account is on that number....It will be a long process to change my number at financial institutions etc.....but I AM DONE WITH MTN. THEY DONT CARE AT ALL
