The most don't give a **** attitude company you will ever get the privilege to deal with when you really need them. Its like they don't understand that you need the unemployment fund money in times like this when it's hard to find work and you still have your bills to pay every month But you can't because mibfa employees got all the time in the world. It takes them 30min to answer the phone and then they get upset because you want to no why it's taking so long.. Any person or employer who was thinking of using MIBFA Metal Industries Provident Fund DON'T They do as little as possible for as long as possible
What is it with these online casino's...!!!! When you deposit money into there account to play they don't ask for any type of Document for FICA But as soon as you want to withdraw money Suddenly you need to proof by all means possible that you are really a real person and that you not a ****mer or what ever other reason they can think of to not pay you the money that you have rightfully and lawfully won. They ask you to take a picture of the front and back of your ID or license wich I can not provide because of this lovely country of ours that's so law less I have been ****** of everything and I don't even want to talk about home affair's and the long waiting game for your new ID to arrive. So I explained this to the "lovely" people at goldrush and was then told to get a temporary ID because it will also work just to fine out that unfortunately they no longer except temporary ID's because of some "new" system.. Pls can someone give me advice on what I can do or where I can report this..? As it seems it's a common problem with these online casino's

VERY VERY VERY VERY BAD costumer SERVICE...!!!!! RUDE and OVER PRICED...!!!!! DOESN'T know the policy regarding that the COSTUMER is always right and they treat you like they are doing you a favor.. I went to Big Boy S******'s Benoni 2weeks ago to bay spare parts for my Big Boy Velocity explaining in detail wat I needed ( Speedometer cable , Lever for the clutch and a front sprocket ) They CHARGED me a R1150 for this..!!!! WAY OVER PRICED...!!! I did some research on the internet The speedometer cable costs R129 The brake and clutch levers costs R299 a set with the rubbers that covers the bolts and cables.. And the sprocket R120 All of this adds up to R448...!!! I cant say how much they CHARGED me per item because they dont stipulate on the recite the individual prices just a grand total... So they gave me the wrong sprocket I went to exchange it trying to explain to the owner ( Idiot , Thief ) that he gave me the wrong sprocket and then he treated me like I was the STUPID one because according to him it was the right one... Eventually after he treated me like **** and insulting me they exchanged the part... Do yourself a favor and dont waste your time and money at Big Boy S******'s benoni...!!! Way over PRICED and know customer service...!!!! Big Boy Headquarters should investigate them because they are giving Big Boy S******'s a bad Name...
