Disgusted - Greedy company
I think it is disgusting that there are suddenly advertising pop-ups. People are trying to work yet everytime we open a document there is an advertising pop-ups. Come on guys. Are you so greedy for money you have to disrupt workflow? Surprise, there is no complaint service on their website. Absolutely disgusted.

Checkers
Please do not use. Lazy drivers cancel your order because they could not be bothered. Don't phone the branch in Pinetown, either the call is not answered or you get put on hold. I will never use their services again.

Pastel - Support is a waste of time
I have been working with Pastel from the 2007 version. In the past, before it became Sage, support was good. Issues were troubleshooted and resolved. Now, since it became Sage, support is dismal, if anything. No more troubleshooting. The only solutions from the consultant for every problem is an unintall/reinstall. I can do this myself - so why am I paying for support? Where there are multiple users, an entire day of work can be lost here. The core issue is never resolved with the problem persisting. I received my renewal invoice and from that moment, we are only able to log two users at any time despite having a 5 user licence, and only expires at the end of November. I phoned Pastel, and predictably it was uninstall/reintall. We pay an exorbitant amount for the package and cannot even be provided with decent support. Pastel used to be one of the most used and decent packages out there, but sadly it has reached a point where we are considering a different package. Sage claims to be the market leader in accounting packages, perhaps this is why they don't care - they are overconfident.

Annoying SMSes - Vodacom
Finally laws have been put in place for unwanted marketing but what about companies such as Vodacom who send daily smses. I have tried to stop these constant messages and was told it could not be stopped. Why do I have to be forced to receive these marketing smses where other companies allow marketing communications to be optional. It is really irritating receiving so many messages. I receive messages EVERY DAY - even on Sunday. Please can we stop these annoying unwanted marketing messages.

Mobicel ripoff
Please do not ever buy a Mobicell phone. It is the worst experience I have ever had. Preinstalled apps which cannot be deleted send constant links sometimes up to 15 a day. When cancelling the link it opens anyway and the only way to get rid of it is to reboot the phone. These also use data when they come through. I have switched my data off for a few days and when I turn it back on these daily useless links clog up my phone with the links from each day it was off. This is from a preinstalled program called Aurora Launcher. It cannot be disabled, deleted or force stopped. Please don't waste your money.

UNWANTED MARKETING
I keep receiving emails and messages for services. I have tried to cancel. The call centre is only prerecorded messages and the website too. Where are the days when we could speak to a human. I want these to stop.
