Billed after cancellation for three months, the South African support is entirely useless to the point where my calls started getting dropped before I could even speak to someone because they knew my number. I am so certain there is no one they’re putting you through to as I’ve never spoken to someone after being put on hold, it always drops. Very suspicious and greedy behaviour. I will say the only way you can resolve your issue is to email every single email address associated with Adobe including the CEO, I ended up finally being able to cancel a subscription that I already cancelled and getting my money back.

I think it is disgusting that there are suddenly advertising pop-ups. People are trying to work yet everytime we open a document there is an advertising pop-ups. Come on guys. Are you so greedy for money you have to disrupt workflow? Surprise, there is no complaint service on their website. Absolutely disgusted.

Terrible product, poor customer service and I was billed after cancellation and have just cancelled for a second time. Then while cancelling it is a long process where they try and keep you and sell you other products.

This company deducted money from my account eventhough the free trial was canceled way in advanced. I've contacted on several occasions asking them to stop deducting money from my account *******ly as I comp**** with the cancelation agreement. THEY REFUSE to give me a refund for the months they have debited my account without my permission.

This company is insisting on *****ing people's money. My subscription with them came to an end on the 1st of May 2025. They continued to debit money from my account, even though I had not granted an new subscription with them. I contacted their Customer Services, only for them to try and convince me to subscribe with a lower fee. I refused three times and requested a refund for the wrongful debits and a cancellation to my subscription. The person who assisted me did not attend to my issue of a refund but only canceled my account and logged off before making sure I was satisfied with the service. I was nothing but cordial throughout, but received horrible service from them I will NEVER subscribe again!This company is behaving *********ly by taking people's money. My subscription with them ended on May 1, 2025, but they continued to withdraw money from my account without my consent for a new subscription. I reached out to their customer service, but instead of addressing my issue, they attempted to persuade me to subscribe again at a lower fee. I declined their offer three times and asked for a refund for the unauthorized charges and the cancellation of my subscription. The representative who assisted me did not address my refund request; they only canceled my account and logged off before ensuring I was satisfied with the service. I remained polite throughout the interaction, but I received terrible service. I will NEVER subscribe with them again!

I subscribed to Adobe Acrobat Pro using my email address [email protected] in January 2024 to solve a problem with a PDF document. I then canceled the subscription in my free time period.
