Billed after cancellation for three months, the South African support is entirely useless to the point where my calls started getting dropped before I could even speak to someone because they knew my number. I am so certain there is no one they’re putting you through to as I’ve never spoken to someone after being put on hold, it always drops. Very suspicious and greedy behaviour. I will say the only way you can resolve your issue is to email every single email address associated with Adobe including the CEO, I ended up finally being able to cancel a subscription that I already cancelled and getting my money back.
