After looking at all the other reviews, I fully understand the poor rating. I can tell you the whole long story of poor service, but just let it go and try some other company. These guys are not serious about business. They don't care for us at all.
Forex Lux FX or http://forexluxfx.net is a SCAM operating in the Crypto sector. They copied SYGNIA LIMITED detail and operate under the ID of M Wierzycka (ALL FAKE). They run on the Telegram platform and do marketing there. Operation: Request to depsit, tell you to deposit again as your "signal" was lost on your investment. We contacted the real SYGNIA LIMITED and confirmed the SCAM. Report to SAPS
What a breez to work with CameraTek's staff. All profesional, helpfull and friendly. Thanks guy's, you are awesome.
At least they answer the call centre number but then cant assist and have to transfer you to someone else. Be sure you will be cut off everytime and have to forever try to communicate with them. I am having the same problem for 5 month now.
Never finance your vehicle with Standard Bank. I have been a client for the last 32 years. I don’t owe Standard Bank anything and have several Business accounts, all my private accounts and investment accou8ns with STD bank. So, they send me a message to say that we are pre-approved for vehicle finance as we have a fleet of vehicles. We decided to replace one of the vehicles and change our financing from Wesbank to Std bank hoping this will be faster. Boy was I wrong. It has been more than two weeks since I send them the invoice for the vehicle and I still I do not have a contract. So, I decided to go back to Wesbank and use their service for the purchase. Now Standard bank have the vehicle details locked on their “contract” and no other finance institution can work on that car. DON’T EVER make use of Standard Bank “pre-approved” service. It suck and their incompetent staff try to shift the blame to me, the dealer or anyone else they can think off.
I understand Covid have an effect on lots of Companies but if you close shop and concentrate only on online orders, you better get it right as you should have a lot of extra staff now service a few clients. I ordered and paid my order a week ago and still Evetech did not dispatch a single product. You cannot phone them as they "experience very high call amounts". Probably all people complaining about their poor service. You cannot mail them on their online platform as I got a “Error 404” when pressing the send button. If you want any IT equipment, support your local shop or if you need something they don’t stock. Buy it from E-bay, mine came within 7 working days from the US. If Evetech keep this up they won’t have a business after COVID. This was my last purchase with them.
Pathetic Service !!!! We are a Security Company that bought 6 x Renault Kwid's from Checker Motors in Welkom. To date the service was disastrous. The salesman (Kobus Matriz) claim he is doing his utmost and revert me to his Dealer Principal (Marnus) that is not interested in his clients. One of the vehicles cut out on a regular basis and Renault diagnosed the problem as the Instrument Cluster. They ordered one under guarantee and the vehicle has been standing for the last two months without any possible solution from them. Another had a swing arm problem on the front suspension and after a couple of week waiting they fitted the new unit. We noticed a noise and found the new ball joints was loose posing a life threatening danger. They inspected the vehicle after the repairs and gave a clean bill of health. That same afternoon we found the front brakes was steel on steel. Their response "Sorry" We found brake pads at half the price at the dealer in Bloemfontein and ordered two sets. The next moment Bloemfontein phones us and want to repay our monies as they received a mail from the Welkom branch threatening them with their jobs if they sell the spare to us. According to them, we have to order the expensive brake pads to maintain our vehicles. We need to replace 3 of the Kwids with high km's and want to replace 4 technical vehicles with Kangoo's but guess what, it seems we will either deal with someone in Johannesburg of move over to a different manufacturer. DON'T SUPPORT CHECKER MOTORS IN WELKOM if you want service. !!!!
Great was my surprise to walk into Due South's shop in the Goldfields mall to be met by a shop assistant that asked if she could help me. I told her I was interested in a specific Action camera and She called a very pleasant young man named Christo to attend to my requests.
He had excellent knowledge about the product and went out of his way to solve my strange application problems by selling me brackets intended for another type of camera that needed minor modification to suit my needs.
All worked out perfect and I would like to congratulate him in his attitude and also the person that appointed him for seeing the potential in Christo.
I will see you again soon.
About a year ago I complained to MTN about a R4000 account on my R75 top up package. After standing 2 hours in a line and talking to several people, our local branched just pulled up their shoulders and said it was for data usage and they will look into the problem. Three months later still no response with monthly bills far over the contract amount. We made monthly emailed enquiries to no avail.
I stopped payment and MTN suspended all my other contracts with them.
Since we run a Security Company and my premi-cell lines was among the contacts, they effectively stopped my business. I was forced to pay for the data I never used and them handed MTN over to my legal team. Now they ignore all efforts of my attorney to communicate with them.
We found out that the contract in question had one number for calls but when I want to use WhattApp, it showed a different cell number. I called this number and someone unknown answered it. They refused to give me their details.
It seems MTN is trying to force their RSA clients to pay their $3.4Bln Nigerian fine. As my contracts expire, I am cancelling them one by one and move over to Vodacom.
