Good day worse experience having mtn they no help customers service even in store took double payments from me not returning my funds charging me for router which was handed in one month advance in store before contract ended closed still charging billing and yet fone gave them rms number states router given in mtn customer service all don't know what's going giving all different information cases numbers service terrible disappointed cause money was needed for my child education and don't care to solve over 2 weeks waiting no help at all from mtn
Bad experience at John dorys at ushaka Marina services was bad food was terrible steak was cold an dry tasteless only thing was fine was salad very disappointed....
Bought chicken licken on Mr d app / Smith Street branch Durban the food dry terrible oil soak chips not fresh at all made me sick even salad made no mayo or any dressings report it on Mr d app over 4 times no response to this very disappointed this always happens on Mr d app when buying food the restaurant don't give fresh food / and it's expensive cc
No power for the pass 8 days in umblio area no service's checking or fixing it just don't care !!!! Worse department
Paying for alot channels which broadcast free on ovh and new system decor for SABC next year March also will be show this channels free and we must pay for it on compact / zee TV/ Starlife/ etv extra ect Nick toons / Disney Junior/ sport channels will be free on this decors an DStv is charging for it on compact plus ect over 400 to 500 mth for free channels
Had the new pizza this weekend and 3 of my family members including me got very sick vomiting / nausea food was not prepared well
Have no power for pass 3 days tired calling department no response to calls very disappointed
