Bad customer service
I did an upgrade with Telkom and took the insurance on the 7th day now the agent that was assisting me with my insurance is telling me that my application got declined because it's was the 7th day. He's so rude telling me to call customer care if I'm not happy not coming with any solution. This was Telkom Gateway. I think his name is Thulani0 replies
