Refusing to update the ITC record. The amount was debited from my bank account for the April payment which successfully went through and that has been confirmed with the loan statement that I received from them. I have been asking them to please update the ITC records as it is reflecting that the last payment was in March. Their agent has refused to accept this mistake on their part and kept on telling me that the payment only cleared on the 1st of May on their side. The fact remains that the monthly instalment was paid therefore the records should be updated to true reflection without a fight. So they are just happy with damaging ITC score for their customers, what a worse business practice!!!
I received my card today and activated it in the morning. Later today, I tried to log in, the app is no longer working. I used my computer to log on, there was an error that I have insufficient details. I called all the numbers at hand to try and reach out to discovery for assistance but to no success. Also the voice prompt is asking to send the app authentication which is not helpful because its not working. The chatbot also could not help, why is it such a frustration to have this card? Is it difficult to get through a consultant who can assist without having to be verified through the app?. I am not sure what to do now.
They did a hard search without my consent,I got to find out this morning when I received an email alert from Experian about the credit status changes. I do not even know them.
