So a person who rents a property through seeff please be aware their agent will invade your privacy by taking pictures of your belongings without the consent of the current tenant and then send it to a another party. So it seems that the popi doesn't apply to them, and a families privacy doesn't mean anything, a email is that is send to the third party by seeff agent then wants to dictate the tenant how to life and what to do and what needs to take priority, and what your allowed to have on your stoep. Pets allowed on the premises was the reason for choosing the house. But the also has the audacity to include in the email that the fact your that your son that has a hamster is a problem. And then your busy with mawing the lawn and your lawn mower motor decides to call it day and still you organize for a gardener to come fix the situation but its not with in agents time frame. The mannerism of the agent will not talk to you or give you a chance to explain your life circumstances. In short a a family that wants to rent through seeff please beware that your family's privacy is at risk. You cannot have a normal family house because when a agent comes to show possible new tenants the house it will be an inspection and they will take photos and dictate what you may do and not do.

I am quite upset with the service that the company is being paid to deliver but is not keeping to their promises. You have the use of my money, but I haven’t the use of my package that you were supposed to deliver. I have all the in dealing with your agents which confirmed in 3 separate occasions that the package would be delivered between 4pm and 6pm but never happened so this makes question your competance as a courier service. Take your name fast way courier service it is the total opposite. I should review your service on all social media platforms and contact the ceo of your company because this is a joke. Make matter worse I even drove past the delivery vehicle in middelburg hoping that my package would be delivered but nothing. I have all the screenshots of talking to the agents. I tried calling witbank depot just for know one to answer including your head office and the driver delivering in my area. So can someone please tell me what the hell is going on.
After getting a sms from Life hospital group that they handed us over their debt collection attorneys which is van Rhyn attorneys we contacted life and asked how do you just hand over people with informing them of outstanding bills not even a call or an email. The hospital where I was admitted made a mistakes (Wrong email and cellphone numbers were uploaded ) on loading our information on to their records system. Which ment that could not inform us on the account balance that was outstanding. We contacted life head office about this and after a couple of days we received a letter from life head office saying that the account have been settled. Life hospital group and my wife forwarded this letters to you. But you still continue to harass my wife with threatening to blacklist her well you can continue down this path we have the letter from your client stating that the account has been settled so continue down this path by not accepting the settlement letter and we also get our legal action.

5 August 2021, I Contacted virgin active or tried I was kept on the line for more than 30 min where it was dropped so I sent an email to organize a payment of R400 because we can't pay at the gym due to the fact that virgin was hacked and they there problem the customers problem. I was contacted by virgin active and whereby agreement was made that the normal payment would go through and another payment of R400 would be added to the debit order on the same and I expressed from my side this had to be done no later . Normal payment went through but the the other payment didn't. So I made contact again where by I expressed my unhappy feelings because virgin active couldn't adhere to the agreement that was made. After I sent emails again I got a call saying if I make payment of half the amount everything will be squared away so as courtesy to the customer I asked the consultant to give me a call back so that I can talk to my wife to plan the budget whereby I was told no the offer was for now only. She needs the answer now. So then sent another email and received on whereby I replied. To get a call from another consultant to say to me that I need to pay. So my question to virgin active is if you got the service I did would you be happy ?Would you pay for this service that was provided to me. Promises made but never kept. I can't complain about customer service because there is no service just empty promises.
So I when I was 17 (2008) I joined Planet Fitness Montana, but I was a minor so It was on my mother's name the contract. Then when the contract was done after 2 years myself and my mother went back to cancel the contract. We spoke to the manager at the time apparently it was sorted. Only to find out that in 2018 myself and my wife wanted to join planet Fitness in our area and then came to a shocking realization that the contract of 2008 was never stopped and that same contract was moved over to my name. Whereby no one in the planet Fitness side would think of trying to contact me after I even gave them my details at that stage. 2019 I sent them a email launch a query with reference nr Pf2105929 but even then no response. Then another 4 years go's by then all a sudden I must contact attorneys with letter of demand. To make a better I cannot even remember in signing for a contract in 2008. Even better the attorneys can not even produce the contract. And is told I should get it. Funny enough I went to a planet Fitness in 2019 trying to sort it out but even then it went nowhere. Because the branch in Montana moved and they don't know if they still have the paperwork. So from 2008 to 2022 planet Fitness couldn't assist me. But I must pay for a service which I didn't even know I had.
This afternoon one of the vumatel employees driving a Nissan np200 Branded vumatel vehicle with registration nr:HJ 31 BG GP tried to push another vehicle off road the at Nicolway mall entrance. Their is loadshedding in the area when it happened and their is traffic. Who gave him the right to do this endangering other people lives. Just to find him at one of the restaurants. I really do hope that this is not the image Vumatel wants to show feature customers because this looked bad.

The team at OR Tambo are friendley and provides a good service, but their was a mechanical issue with the vehicle last week and just to get feed back on what's going on is a problem, I phoned was transfered to customer care but which is how it works so just to lay a complaint that Mr. Ginesh is not answering calls. But when it's time for me to make a payment and the inspection you get called and whatsapp message. So I have paid for something that is standing and I don't use. The car had 22 km when I got it. It's now on 12000 km when it broke down and they have the car from Wednesday last and the same old storie applies again we will phone you tomorrow with a report on what's going on, Thursday came and no phone call , Thursday mid day spoke to customer care we will phone you with an update, friday comes and goes no phone call. It's monday and I had to phone once again. Awaiting feed back. Mr.Ginesh: because of the low milage they have to investigate the reason it broke down it had to go too toyota to get a report, all good I have nothing to hide.
