Mari is a very professional person to deal with. She responds within hours of an email. There are other consultants that we have dealt with at Ream Insurance Brokers. Overall I would recommend anyone to Ream Insurance Brokers. We are very happy with our Tuff Stuff insurance policy.

There are so many Ads on Instagram. One of them is a complete knock off of Cape Union Mart Online Store. While you are browsing on this "Cape Union Mart" Online store, you do not realize that you are actually on a **** website! https://www.capeunionmartonlinecoza.com The "Sale" items mimic Black Friday deals - particularly aiming at Crocs shoes. Only when you make the purchase and see the name of the transaction in your Notice message, do you begin to suspect a ****. This is what it looks like after a transaction - :Ona*Xindaishp Com . Once I saw this, I immediately went to look at the confirmation email that I had received confirming the order. Even the email looks like a Cape Union Mart email. However, later in the day I received a "*****" sms from FNB and then I went and looked carefully at the email and the website. A Cape Union Mart order number begins with "CUM" and this order number began with the date and some numbers after. I even used the query email for your order on the **** website and it returned back as undeliverable, by which time you realize you have been ****med. It is a complete knock off of Cape Union Mart. The advert is a link in an Instagram Ad using Cape Union Mart branding. I write this to protect other consumers.
Kelly Alexander rendered 5-star service. She remained committed to getting hold of me telephonically. Her telephone manner was pleasant and professional. She patiently answered my questions and my numerous emails. She also went the extra mile to provide me with a reasonable premium for my 3 pets. Presently we only have 1 pet insured, and I was concerned at what the price might be to insure 3 pets, and she reassured me. Thank you, Kelly :)
I don't normally like talking to the agents. They can be quite pushy and don't listen to what one is saying. They also try and scare one with cancer statistics. Life is stressful enough without having a run down on potential health threats. However, Ancel was helpful and understanding and empathetic... Her call was pleasant.
Biddulphs International did an amazing job of packaging the bookshelf. The delivery was on time. Our bookshelf arrived safely. The staff at each Depot were very helpful and efficient!
I would like to thank Lebogang Sambo for the wonderful service I received on Sunday using the Oneplan Whatsapp number. I sent the message fully expecting to only receive an answer on Monday and to my surprise Lebogang chatted to me throughout the day until we had resolved the matter.
