No credit from Vodacom
Logged a called on the 19/02/2023 for a credit on my account as my fiber was down for three weeks. Vodacom still debited the full amount at the end of the month, also I have made endless calls regarding my credit and they have little to no information to provide me with, all i am told is that they will escalate the problem.2 replies

Fibre line down from 27th January 2023. NO HELP AT ALL FROM VODACOM
Going on 3 weeks now that our fibre line has been down. I have not had any assistance from vodacom. I have called numerous times all they do is say that they sending out a technician and no one arrives!! It's been off from the 27th of January... absolutely unacceptable!!!!1 reply

We have no internet for the past four days no word from vodacom regarding this issue!. The only time you get feedback is when you call, all they have to say is that the area is down.2 replies

Order not delivered
Placed an order on Pick n Pay ASAP and did not receive my order, although it says the order is delivered. I called two different agents and they have not gotten back to me as they said. Extremely disappointed as I don't know what's happening because I have received absolutely no feedback.1 reply
