The worst decision I have ever made to join BRITBOX. I have been trying to cancel my subscription with them I could not, after they have tried more than 5 times to debit my account I contacted them via chat because of course you cannot call them. They told me that my account has been stopped due to none payment and that they will no longer debit my account. This morning they sneaked into my account AGAIN to debit. And mind you I can’t even unsubscribe because my account gives me a subscribe option. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡. SUBSCRIBE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
Please stop calling me I don’t have an account with you guys. This is becoming ridiculous. You are harassing me. STOP IT
Please note that I do not have an account nor loan account with Fin choice so I would appreciate it if your company stops calling me for some else’s account.
I am very disappointed, angry and hurt. My mom passed on last week Tuesday I’ve put through a claim on Thursday (24062021) till this day the 30th of June I still have not received my payouts, and remember they say they take 24-48 hours to pay. At a time like this when I need them most to help ease my grief I have to worry about getting my payouts for preparations. My advice to everyone that needs to add hollard as their insurance please please please make sure you have another insurance that you can rely on for paying on time. As for Hollard insurance and hollard Edcon I’m done with them. They keep telling me about an error. And mind you I’ve been to their branch in Polokwane it’s closed, I’ve been to their branch in Kempton park it’s also closed. Worst of all their addresses is still on Maps. You’ll waste your petrol driving around looking for their branches, you’ll waste your airtime calling them.
I had a problem with the person I used to buy my Tupperwares from but Tiffany Russon helped me sort out the problem patiently so. She was very patient and she kept checking on me.
