I recently started playing interbet. Haven't won anything either. My problem is I was playing wagering and still on bonus. The tab closed and reopened and R600+ gone from my bonus when I got back in my account. This is pathetic for someone that only played like 3 or 4 times. This is how they catch people. Went To live chat but still no response at all. I want my account credited with the 600 that was on there as it's not my fault if ur game glitches and then I have to log in to realize it was a catch. I will update here if credits was credited but I doubt as this seems like interbet is just a *******
I am writing to formally request urgent assistance regarding a withdrawal of my sons winnings from his Goldrush account. Despite the e-wallet showing as paid on 22 February 2026, when he went to withdraw the funds at an FNB ATM, there was no money available. He visited the Goldrush store in Alberton, but staff informed him they could not assist and advised him to contact customer care via chat. Since then, his spoken to multiple agents with the following outcomes: First agent: said the funds would be reversed within 24 hours. Second agent: said it would take seven days. This conflicting information is extremely frustrating. His waited long enough and require immediate resolution. The amount owed to him is R2,800, which represents winnings he earned and have been trying to withdraw. He is requesting that Goldrush: Credit his account with the R2,800 immediately. Provide a clear explanation of why this issue has occurred and why agents are giving inconsistent timelines. For your reference, details of account holder will be given once someone with knowledge calls to.provide feedback and nothing other than his winnings. Please treat this as urgent and provide confirmation of when the funds will be available, as well as formal feedback regarding this delay. Waited long enough and now I want to warn other players to stay away from goldrush.
When I started playing all was well. I really enjoy Congo cash the most. Lately I have just been loosing on hollywoodbets. I did enjoy this site some time ago. Over the weekend had 2 friends that is also playing and discussing this it's 3 people that feel the same. Jackpot city I have been winning non stop and constantly hit Congo cash with bigger amounts but hollywood bets please stay away from them they only take ur money. I've hit big before but now it's not even a Congo cash bonus never mind playing any other games and constantly loosing my money. Yeah it's for entertainment but what is soo entertaining about always loosing money. Pathetic payouts on hollywoodbets and I'm not the only one that has noticed this
I took my rado watches to the sandton branch. They made a reasonable offer and aftr asking numerous times is this will be sold they confirmed YES... Today I get an email from them stating my watches is ready for collection which was very confusing and the only reason stipulated was "condition" they are not in a bad condition at all maybe just a few scratches on the black one. I wont deal with them again. Drove all the way to sandton to drop them off to receive this message a few days later.
Spoken to 3 consultants today. Made a ozow deposit this morning. They are saying it shows as canceled but the money went off my account. 1st consultant Njabule Mpansa did not even finish the query before logging off. 2nd consultant Phelokazi K was of absolutely no assistance and the 3rd consultant Lukhona M told me my transaction was canceled but the cash went off my account. Sent pop and the best part is the inexperienced Phelokazi told me it will reflect within 4 hours. Till now they have withheld my deposit even though it was deducted from my account. Now they telling me I must wait 48 hours. What's the use of loading funds wanting to play but I must wait 48 hours. The last consultant telling me in future I must make immediate payment. What the he'll is ozow then ? I want my refund today. No way I'm waiting 48 hours gor ur pathetic consultants to do their job. Actually feel like canceling my account and sticking with betway, goldrush and lulabet
If I could give a 0 rating I would. I loaded a lousy R50 on Saturday, 26th July. It did not reflect on my account. I have been chatting to Bianca and sbu, whom told me that it would only reflect today 28th July. Firstly I've never had this issue with hollywood or betway, 2 days for funds to reflect and it still hasn't reflected. If u whatsapp them all the pathetic customer care consultants can say is sorry for the inconvenience and it will reflect today as I made a normal payment, yet I used the same method for hollywood bets and it reflected immediately. I have been asking with no assistance, no feedback and no credits. Please people stay away from this site. I'm still waiting for my R50 that they took to be credited. It's pathetic to take R50 from people never mind the thousands you take from others.
Started with them in April. No problem. Very happy. Then all of a sudden they tell me my account t is in arrears when they had the full authority to debit every month. Bongi said they called me in July and please note we are now in September. They discontinued my Gr.2 exams due to their mistake and I must just accept that I'm in arrears when I was under the impression they are debiting monthly as agreed. Whether my bank declined or you just didn't have the debit running on the right date my son is refrained from doing final exams. The discontinued the service even though it wasn't my fault and told me they called me in July to discuss. Some of us are not always available on our mobile and for one I was in hospital at the time of their so called call. 2 months down the line and I hear this. Utterly dissatisfied and disappointed as I refuse to pay the full amount they now request because of them not debiting. Imagine a grade 2 learner gets blocked from doing exams.
I am not sure what rating to give. Site is good although you cannot stop the slots yourself. I have requested a withdrawal 4 days ago and still waiting and the agents just say trust the process. It is not fair for players to wait this long and get the same response.
I have been tracking my parcel and its the 3rd day they were suppose to deliver as per tracking system. Even called and spoke to innocent who said it will be delivered today before 5... nothing received... Not too happy and can't say I would refer them to anyone.
I am so sick of this now. My debit order is scheduled for the 1st of each month. I received a message for an early debit and told them not to debit as my payment date is the 1st. Since I have had rain they have disconnected me every month because of my debit not going off on the 25th, bare in mind my debit is the 1st. Today on a Sunday being the 25th which is not even 12 my internet has been disconnected. I am tired off this now. Either u connect my internet and wait for the payment on the 1st as arranged or collect ur equipment and I take my business elsewhere. This is becoming ridiculous every single month. I should know when I have funds available in my account for a debit and have been begging long enough now to have my debit on the 1st. Sick to my stomach. I have kids doing assignments and work from home and cannot afford this situation every single month. This is the most annoying situation every single month to sort out. You guys have no account management, don't get back to clients, debit when u feel like it and cut services before due date.
