i am very dissapointed on the service i have received from telkom, after being with them for years, trusting them i take out another contract, i was told its going to cost R189, then statement comes, its R289 because i was happy with the package i didnt mind paying but for the first time after being a loyal customer, my service gets suspended due to "non-payment", which does not make sense coz my debit order went through as per normal, but i get told it will reflect after 72hrs, now 72 hrs has elapsed, im still sitting with the suspension to top it off i receive a statement this morning giving me a very huge balance i am NOT HAPPY AT ALL, I AM VERY VERY DISSAPOINTED!!!!
