I was in queue when cashier number 1 at festival mall called to the counter and asked me if had a dischem card. I was asked if I've had one before and I said yes. I called out my 13 digit number only for her to tel me I can get back online. I asked her why would she call me out for to assist someone else with my ID. If that person did not have a card is not my problem. She did not ask for my consent and it's in contravention without getting consent. The person she helped is now walking around with a slip with my personal details on it.This all happened on the 27th May 2026 at 12:18 pm. I want something to be done about That cashier because all the other cashiers were laughing. Otherwise I will take it further because my information was used without my consent. I need feedback about this.
I get there with a my partner whose bleeding from a deep cut.We are told we are not allowed to be inside the premises of the hospital. We must park outside at night, when there's ample parking space inside.i don't understand why we are paying taxes if we are not even allowed parking space at a government clinic.With a shockingly high crime rate, we are not allowed safe parking to wait for patients.
I had the most wonderful experience with Nyameka Khambule from outsurance. She had a very bubbly personality and very professional. It's sad we did not reach an agreement with the quote but her service was excellent.Thank you Nyameka you were wonderful and continue with the excellent experience you give people.
I would not recommend them to anyone,their claims department don’t answer emails when you ask about updates.They will never call you ,instead they just want to use WhatsApp to communicate important issues and still not understand what you asking them.They never cared where my car was from the beginning and they still sent authorization to the wrong panel when initially in my emails I had told them where the car was.I don’t know how the car was assessed for damages because the assessor did not include all parts to be replaced.The year is going to end and still not feedback from the claims team as to whether the assessor was made aware of the shortage of parts to be approved.Im not sure if I will even get my car at this rate and I need it back.They’ve added more to my anxiety and stress.I would advise people not to join their insurance because they don’t care and they will never respond to any of your emails.The only thing you’ll get is just heartache and stress.
I’ve been trying to get assistance with my claim.Kwena Papole made sure that authorization was sent to the panel beater and that I receive proof of authorization as well.Thank you Kwena I really appreciate it and thank you for following up with a call as well to make sure that I received everything I requested.Your colleagues that I’ve dealt with during this process can learn a lot from you .The only thing I’ve ever really wanted is for the updates to be made.
My car has been with Avant Gard Autobody Specialist for a week now and the insurance is telling me Proline sandhursr body shop will be repairing the car.The claim process was difficult and eventually I got approval.I was told the autobody shop will be in touch with me.Nothing has been done and I’m still the one trying to get the insurance to do their job.Ive been on WhatsApp with the insurance and I’ve been emailing and copied the body shop where the car is and no one is working on the car still.I received an email that repairs were starting on Tuesday but the car is with a different autobody shop.Im already suffering from accident anxiety and now I have to deal with the stress of contacting the insurance for them to fix my car.I Authorization was sent to Proline Express but they don’t have the car with them.want to know if my car is going to be fixed or not .Ive been asking them if they know where the car is and they said yes.From everything that is happening,it seems no one know where the car is except for me and Avant Gard.Its so funny that when they want you on board they’ll make the means to contact you and now when they have to do their part no one seems to care where the insured item is.Im wondering if they’ll pay for the storage at Avant Gard since the car has been sitting there for more than a week now .
At this point I don’t think any one is taking me serious,since I last published my review I’ve been the one whose been calling the insurance company to find out what’s happening with my car.Ive been sent from pillar to post and still no update to me or the panel beater.I really don’t understand why Prudence has not gotten back to me or give me some sort of reassurance.It would be nice to get my car back before festive season.Prudence I’m still waiting for your call or email or whatever it is I’m supposed to be receiving from you.Im really not happy with you service myway blink .Im the one making and effort to contact you and no one from your claims department has contacted me .Your staff instead keeps telling me about Prudence who has not attempted to call me .
I was involved in an accident today and the Myway insurance device detected the collision and immediately I got a call from Jimmy Erusmus who talked me through the entire process.Emergency services were called to attend to me and I was assisted.Im happy with how efficient they were on the scene with me .im just hoping the claiming process will be as good as when they detected the damage.Thank you MiWay and Thank you Jimmy Erasmus.
