paid for a transcript i never got in the first place and now they taking forever to print it
Cant cancel my subscription and asked 3 different customer service agents they disappear without resolving the issue

order took forever and then ontop of that i received the wrong product
Takealot not phased when product is older than 3 months but supplier gives warranty for 12 months. i have sent in my item 3 times for repairs and gets returned without any repairs done everytime
Account has been paid in full and then I call to close my account because the fees are coming from nowhere and then I get told my account has been set to pending to close. I must wait till the 12th of the following month then my account will be closed. I went to the store today and was told that it's not closed and that customer service was lying to me
No after-sales support... trying to get a refund however my debit card details have changed and they keep telling me to follow instructions on the link which is how I established the issue I'm experiencing... employees seems clueless
Thieves! Billing is inconsistent... paying more than R1000 a month for ****ing power... only two appliances on all the time.
