Takealot not phased when product is older than 3 months but supplier gives warranty for 12 months. i have sent in my item 3 times for repairs and gets returned without any repairs done everytime0 replies

TFG lying to me that my account is being closed
Account has been paid in full and then I call to close my account because the fees are coming from nowhere and then I get told my account has been set to pending to close. I must wait till the 12th of the following month then my account will be closed. I went to the store today and was told that it's not closed and that customer service was lying to me2 replies
