Install of windscreen
The service I get from Alberton pg glass is really bad. What happened I went there last week to install my car glass windscreen I got to there late,but they tool my car in to install it all of a sudden my car was taken out coz there was someone who had appoint at that time which I acknowledge that I was late, made another appointment same time which I was fine with. So on the day of my appointment I went the following week got there the windscreen was not there which I could not understand coz the they send me confirmation message before the actual day. The whites guy who is the one helping me all these time ask if I could arrange another day coz the don't have the glass then I told him I won't come there three times since it's not my me who is late or wrong they should make sure they come to my place to install it and side he will call me Monday which he never did today is the day we agreed on had to call him 2 twice to ask on what time they will come since in the Moy saying he will call me back still waiting now I have to cancel my thing to just wait for time which don't know these person who is coming to install my screen which I paid full. And I feel like these guy is very rude and arrogant and ****** because last when I got there the white person got attend quick Coz is white.as I speak now I'm still waiting for call since in the morning.

Good day I'm godfrey on the 25 of March I was stopped by flying squad in Naturena I was driving my car then I stopped they checked my car and told me my car is not fine the will have to take it to 13 vis a eroton then we went there with those 2 guys which I didn't see their names on the uniform driving golf gti. We hen to aeroton they took the car and said I should come on Monday when I went there they tole me I can't have my car since it's stolen in brits and the gave me case nember for brits I checked it there was no case of stolen for that car... Then I ask then why I can have my car they told me the car they used data dot to check the prom of the car... I was helped by Mr mashaba. Today I went to aeroton to check if the car is still there I didn't see it but all cars that when I was there they still there. I send someone to check for me that car he said that car was not registered on their system so I really need help to get my car back coz I don't believe what those people there are doing. I'm a young boy who is running a business with that car and also that car I bought it to this other dealer at Pretoria it marious thy they don't want to refund me since I bought car know it's fine but now I experience all this. There is lot to say about this story I really need help to get my car back

Liberty claim
Liberty life is a bad insurence ever since I made claim you call them they give you same response, I don't understand why they treat customers like this. Even my father's thing are getting repossed coz since we made claim hoping that it will be paid in a month time even now my mother has not get payment they just slow. We even lost hope. Maybe next week we will be kick out of the house coz it was not paid for the past 3 month even my father's cars are getting repossed. These insurance company never trust it now we frustrated we don't know what to do. Even my mom is stressed now. The just paid only immediate expense benefit I don't know should it take them to pay all life money coz they already made conclusion about the claim. Even that money we just t got it now when we already buried my father and sure he is even decomposed... I would never advise anyone to join these company.

Liberty complain
Guys out there I'm really disappointed how liberty is being handling my fathers claim... Since I made claim after my father passed away its 3 months now since I made claim with liberty. I call their customer service they always tell me that they assess the claim I send emails to them they respond at their own time.whatever you see in their adverti*****t it's opposite of what we get.this company is very unprofessional they hired lazy people that can do the job I would like to advise you that you should stay away from this company.
