Had a the worst experience with clicks Monta Vista in cape town a few weeks ago, I had to pay twice for baby nappies, not sure what the cashier did but peymet went off twice she showed me after payment went off a slip that showed reversed t, but no money was reversed so I had to pay again now I'm struggling to get my money back as nothing was reversed and they only called back twice to tell me the same thing over and over it's been 4 weeks now and nothing, no reversal, no money back also bad service I had tk phone them also
I Wil only be saying this one time, I have paid you the whole balance last month I do not owe you any payment why are you sending me a statement and a payment due? And by the way the acc is block because of your app but I have my proof of full account paid finish tso please close this account and forget my name because I will instruct legalwise tomorrow to take this matter further with you, I am saying it again I owe you nothing.
The worst insurance and incompetence in people I have ever seen, I told them and send them my insurance policy fir my car but they keep on insisting that they would add a policy to my instalment to mfc, the only company I have bussines with so I will say this now for the last time I have insurance with King price and I don't want or need from you so that insurance you added along with mfc I Wil be taking this matter to the ombudsman then court
Not happy at all with MFC because they have received my full comprehensive car insurance but keep on not accepting it and have last month debited my payment with an extra R300 which I am about to take further I have send my policy of insurance to them and to motohapoy last month already and today they send me an email of adding there own insurance, I am paying King Price and my provider and I will instruct legalwise to take action I'm done because this can be seen as *****, I have send my policy schedule a few times and still they do as they please I am stopping my debit order aswell sould this nonsense not be rectified
So disappointed in the service from legalwise nowadays you log a call back, they call after 3 days when you busy the phone ring a few times and they don't even attempt to call you back, and the last complaint Iaid the manager said they must call back agian but the help is going down the drain thinking of leaving legalwise soon
Hi I have e just recently paid my account in full, and the used the account again, but recently we noticed that the balance credit keeps getting less and less I do understand that interest is charge on accounts but when we asked the store last Sunday what is eating our credit and she showed us there is something showing a finance service that keeps taking between R30 and R50 everytime and the lady said she does not know what it is and if we took something out on the account which we didn't, this morning I spoke to a Nomah Nwandwe who were very shortish way telling me I am wrong and send me screenshot of a statement not having that whet me and my wife both saw, never have our credit been deducted because we never don't pay or pay late, also please train your staff in how to deal properly with customers I did not like the manner in the way when I asked Nomah her surname, I have the right to know who I am speaking to
Hi good day, last week I logged a complain about requesting a call back on a serious matter a couple of times and yes the lady over the phone did investigate my complain about who ever calls back let's the phone ring a few seconds and then I recieve a sms they tried calling me back, I mean I could be locked up, I could be busy at work and then they do not attempt to call back again, and she said they are supposed to call back if there was at first no answer it nlis not happening, I mean we pay what ever increases come I have been waiting on a call back for 8 days now since requesting is this service at all?
Getting a response from them seems to be getting out of hand now, and it could be an emergency and this is how our treatment as members, this is unacceptable I requested a call back on Tuesday today is Thursday
There turn around has been awfull to say the least I requested a call back a few time now and it's taking days, we're u could have been locked up or otherwise
After numerous promises it's a new year and still no one pitched up before Christmas like he said they would to come and finish the nonsense that was caught on, but he wants us to trust him, and now promotingba new business under nutec kings nah it's not ons this is 2026, if you want people to renew there trust in you and your business do right to customers that paid you with hardworking earning money, do right by them but the way he is going on now I don't know but *************, unreliable and worst people that work for him
