The life FLORA hospital has been my worse experience. I went there 2/2/26 for an emergency on my 2nd trimester and it was so appaling. The admin staff there are never happy and they even messed up my claim with my medical aid. I have recently tried to contact them multiple times at their head office and even got my call cut off. I'm still waiting to someone to get back to me regarding my claim details for a doctor human I saw and some Daniel at their head office. Just to get a report of my casualty report as still been unproductive. The doctors rooms ran tests for about R3000 for which I have no results yet......plus they took this off my savings ....general practioners not even a qualified gynae from Richard's and partners. I will never go back to this horrible hospital and even at event of giving birth I will drive an hour away just to go to Glynwood life just to be treat with respect and care. And doctors who make it a worthwhile experience
I have had this insurance gap cover from 2021 and from then nobody has made an attempt to assist me. emails dont work and they havent responded but quick to run debits every month. I want all my premiums paid back to me as im tired of chasing them , worse case il be going to the OMburdsman as they have not comp**** to even reimbursing me after a certain period i was suppose to get a payback.....
I have never experienced a financial service provider as this ****py one, recently moved from Liberty to this non existent service. They have *********** client relations officer who cant even use a correct email.....i have recently put a claim for my investment and all im told its in process, i called a week later only to find out that its pending, i was told i would be updated in two days, still nothing.All im told is that i have to wait 4-6 weeks , what standard procedure is this? they have no customer service and dont give a damn about people, they are also poor at offering help or aid , and now its a new trend of not keeping a client updated of a claim procedure? i even contacted the hieracy his just as useless....this place is a joke.
I would like to share my experience made to Ferndale on republic dischem. On the 28th September 2024 I had visited the store after making a prior day booking for my baby vaccination.i called in on the 27 making sure that government stock was available before I had visited. As I entered the rooms I was assisted by Puseletso Malesa who is a very rude lady that refused to assist me claiming that certain days are allocated for vaccinations however when I had called in this was not informed to me. She then said she cannot help me and she has stock of the vaccination butcannot administer the vaccination because it's a a day she opens viles. She then asked us to leave as there was nothing she can do. I then approached the store manager Riaan who had advised me that I should go the avenue of paying for a private vaccination and after accepting the same rude lady then refused to assist us. She was a ****** lady who refused to help us and I think dischem should stop using people like this in their practice.they behave rude and don't want to work. They sit lazy and enjoy Makin stories instead of helping people. She had made every excuse not to assist us and the manager couldn't even do anyting to assist. The service from these nurses are pathetic They are an embarrassment to society. They have no Ubuntu ethics and they don't see nursing As a passion for people or Healthcare. It's so appalling that Dischem even takes people like this to represent their departments. I then went to the fountain blue dischem minutes later.i walked in without even making an appointment and the kind lady there was so welcoming and assisted my baby on getting her vaccination without even making a fuss that we didn't even make a booking. I think the nurse Puseletso Malesa mustbe reported to SANC and she should be removed off this body and instead thrown to a government hospital where her evil ways can be exposed.
Poor Supaflex online service.I recently purchased this online promo and it was going well until the month ended and now I can't pay online and I have been on the phone for two days trying to get a competent person to help me but now they have cut my services completely!!!!! Is just plain right dumbness or the people they get dontknow how to assist? I think this is the reason they have now made it online only.
I would like to compliment Phulani and kogetso. I emailed them for an enquiring of getting my business van certified for dangerous goods transported and phulani was the most efficient. He priced me, and even called me to assist futher.kogetso arranged for my husband to follow through for a training day and it was very much successful.i would recommend this company to those interested in transporting dangerous goods.
I would like to share my story of this disgusting and ****** property agents. From the time I moved in the house we newly purchased we have encountered a number of issues with Solver and the useless ****** trustees in our complex. They keep running to lawyers and Bill us for their expenditure. My husband lost his job and they have never been of aid on assisting us with our requests but instead threatened us to get us removed, defaulted our credit score and put our home on auction to retrieve their funds. The guy at the time was Louis who then was so useless they then got a lady named Samantha van rensburg and another useless and clueless lady Fiona suraj.they have kept billing us over a period of time for services that the trustees have stopped us from getting and up to date keep charging us and even getting our electricity cut off but still keep charging us and adding interest on these values.I have been the Csos who are another useless entity who seems like they are all working together. Solver has now changed and moved to their 3rd Managing agent and after countless times NEVER come back to us and can't even provide us with correct and updated statement.Their accounts dept gave us a ledger after 3years with miscalculated amounts and excel spreadsheets that don't even add up!!!!!!!! How do these ppl even get jobs there? I'm writing about them so ppl will know of this and do something about their misconduct. Now they seem to backdown as property agents as there is a ***** case going on. Looks to me like they keep robbing people and try to want to live lives like that.
Poor company at first when they started they were so efficient now their service socks and affecting our payments being made everymonth.our bond goes off to them but up til now they have not updated the debiting amount and we are being threatened to be handed legally.theh have not even taken our calls to assist or called us back to assist and we pay them evrymonth to assist us?
I was glad on the black friday specials and that it's valid til Jan 2024 just abit dissatisfied that they advertised on baby biscuits but when I went to the teller they advised that they put on discontinued items buy never had stock.i checked 3 stores and still nothing.very tricky knowing that thses are for babies.
A bunch of ******, they shouldn't be recommended and basically never come back to aid or assist you. They charge you interest upon interest and get lawyers that are not fit to deal with cases. The 5star ratings are all hoax about them.
