I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding a serious display defect on my Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra. My device has suddenly developed a green vertical line on the screen during normal usage, without any physical damage, impact, or misuse. This issue appeared spontaneously, which strongly suggests a manufacturing defect rather than user-related damage. What is particularly concerning is that this is not an isolated incident. Multiple users globally have reported the exact same issue, often occurring after software updates or during normal use. For example, on the same day my device developed this fault, another user reported the exact same issue here: https://www.reddit.com/r/samsunggalaxy/comments/1s7himh/green_line_in_s22_ultra_after_software_update/ There are also documented cases and discussions highlighting similar defects across Samsung flagship OLED devices, not limited to the S22 Ultra. Independent reports further suggest that even replacement screens may exhibit the same defect, indicating a deeper manufacturing or design flaw rather than isolated hardware failure: https://medium.com/@binbiz/samsung-india-sold-me-a-defective-part-when-it-failed-they-falsified-government-records-2bd0440cf120 Given the pattern of failures across multiple devices and regions, it is reasonable to conclude that this is a systemic issue affecting certain Samsung OLED panels. I would also like to point out that I have been a long-time Samsung customer, owning devices such as the Galaxy S9 and even earlier models like the YP-G70. Neither of these devices, including the S9 which I still use with its OLED display, has ever experienced such an issue. This further reinforces that the problem lies specifically with newer panel batches rather than normal wear and tear. It is unacceptable for a premium flagship device to develop such a defect outside of warranty, especially when there is clear evidence of widespread occurrence. As a manufacturer, Samsung has a responsibility to stand by the quality of its components, particularly when defects are not caused by user action. I therefore request that Samsung South Africa: Acknowledge this as a known defect affecting certain devices, and Provide a free screen replacement or repair, despite the warranty status. I trust Samsung will take this matter seriously and respond with an appropriate resolution. I am happy to provide photos, device details, or visit a service centre if required.
Just went for balancing and found my tyres were also cracking , strange thing though, this was a 2019 batch, I got nexen tyres on the same car from 2017 which are fine. So seems like nexen has gone *** with its quality stay away!
They damaged both my boxes from JHB to DBN and tell me I didn't insure it, so the expectation is your parcel will arrive in pieces unless you insured it.
I paid for delivery to be delivered at 12:25pm I had a meeting at 1pm and my food was still not delivered. Might as well not do delivery if you not going to stick to the time given. Order was placed at 11.30am! I will only be able to eat my food after my meeting now and it will be cold!!

Spend R600 today on KFC. What a waste of money. Ordered 4 zinger boxes with cheese, none of them came with it. Buns were stale. Chips was soggy, possibly refried. The wings didnt taste anything like Zinger Wings and were drenched in oil that the wing packet was soaked. Very disappointing, should have rather went across the road to Chicken Licken and had better meals.
