Bestmed is a ****
Bestmed is a ****, if you know what’s good for you don’t take a medical aid with them, in January this year I had a stomach bug and I had a Running Tummy I was vomiting and dehydrated I phoned an ambulance to take me to the hospital, after being treated and seeing by the doctor he then said I’m responding well to the medication he then said he will not be admitting me. Today I’m getting an invoice from ER24 saying that Bestmed refuses to pay them for the Ambulance Services as my situation was not life Threatening, how was it not life threatening when I was dehydrated couldn’t even stand, yet I pay close to 3000 rands a Month what iam I paying for if when I’m in need of a medi Assistance I will be told no my situation is not life threatening I’m so disappointed with Bestmed I have been with them for 3 years and I have never had such an issue I guess I will have to cancel and go where my money will be valued if you know what’s good for your money stay away from Bestmed as they will milk you then when you need their help you will be told that you need to die first for them to see if your situation is life threatening or not

COMPANY OF ****MERS
i'm so disappointed with this Company i settled my account on the 30th of October, i sent a Proof of payment Lat week Wednesday on the 5yh of Novembe, they advised that i overpaid my account i have a refund due to me. the lady that i spoke to advised that i should get the Refund in 24 to 48 hours, till today i haven't received my money and i have been calling them everyday. yesterday a lady said i should receive the Money yesterday afternoon latest today Morning still Nothing and now when i call in they Drop my Calls finchoice im really Not happy about your Services You guys are ****mers what is so hard about you Return my Money why iam i being given a Run around Im so ****ed off STOP BEING ****MERS

Makro is a Terrible Company Stay away from them
I bought a Defy Microwave at Makro beginning of the month the microwave came faulty with a patch inside I logged a return and online the return was scheduled for collection on the 14th but guess what till today I’m still stuck with a useless faulty microwave I have been calling everyday from one agent to another they’ll be saying they are logging a follow up is been over a week and nothing Makro is really a terrible company never ever gonna buy from them I had that I still have a pending package from them useless company nxx

Telkom is a ****
I’m so disappointed in Telkom I have been a client with them since 2019 taking different contracts packages and I’ve recommended family and friends cause of the good service I use to receive over the years till this year, I had a cellphone contract with them so because I wanted to cut off on my expenses I called them requesting to cancel and to get a settlement amount I spoke to a lady she gave me a settlement amount and assured me that is all I need to pay, I then made the payment and I called in to find out if is there anything that I still need to pay they assured me that all is settled I was even sent an email that the account is successfully paid and I don’t owe anything but to my surprise last week when I got my statement it says I need to make a payment of 1800rand and when I called in enquiring about this no one seem to give me a proper explanation I’m so disappointed in Telkom when did you guys become ****mers, I regret the years I’ve spent with yall let alone all the referrals I’ve made to yall

Pedros Food Court at Gateway ******* service
Gateway pedros has a Very Pathetic service I waited over an Hour for Just one Wrap iam so dissatisfied with their service pedros change your staff or you will lose customers I was assisted by a lady Named Mandisa at Pedros Food Court and the service was ******* to think I loved your service but now I’m no longer recommending pedros to Friends

Best School of the Year Award goes to Chartall
I would like to thank Karl-Heinz Michel from Chartall Business College. Chartall has A Best Employee with Karl he was Always Responsive whenever i need help i was about to give up on the Course i was Doing but he gave me the Courage to go on and if it wasn't for him i wouldn't have obtained the Certificate that i Now have Chartall please give Karl The Best employee of the Year award he deserves it. :) Thanks again Chartal for giving us Tutors Like him the world need More People Like him:)

****mers at Midway Crossing Newlands O.N.T health
I went to Midway crossing for a Tooth Extraction at .O.N.T medical centre in Newlands Midway I did a filling and a tooth extraction which we had agreed on with the Doctor who assisted.to my surprise they claimed R2600 on my Medical aid and when I phoned them about this they told me that they also charged for admin fees whatsoever their explanation didn’t make any sense they are such ****mers and opportunists who always looking for loopholes to eat other peoples hard earned money to anyone who is considering going there watch out cause they are con artists

Terrible Service From Courierit Telkom Delivery Team
Such a Terrible service from this Company I don't know why Telkom chooses to use them as their Courier. A Stupid Driver came to deliver my Parcel and he didn't even Bother to call me and I made it load and clear that they should call upon Delivery Telkom please supply these guys with airtime cause they so Useless and yall will end up losing customers over this. And if it was for me wasn't gonna rate this Terrible Horrific Company Nxx

Never associate yourself with Vodacom if you know what's good for you vodacom is a company of scamers they overcharged me for my contact even today they have never reimbursed my money I regret associating myself with this company of crooks

Poor Customer service Vodacom
I took a contract phone at gateway Vodacom shop sometime in 2020. I had a horrible experience with them which led me into canceling my contract before it finishes. I went to Gateway vodacom shop to pay for my cancelation.. And they charged me more than I was supposed to pay they told me they can't give me a refund because the money Is already banked I went on Facebook complained about their poor service they promised to give me a refund only for their rude agressive agent to give me a call telling me vodacom is not owing me any money I regret associating my self with such a company... I wouldn't even be putting any rating..
