By far the best Service I've experienced in a long time. Quick, Reliable, efficient, trustworthy, Quality, and Competency are some of the words I can best describe my Experience with Atterbury. From the First day, Raaitjie Erasmus has been so helpful till the day I came to collect my car, She's the Best. As a Sales person myself I've learned alot from Her, thank You Mrs Erasmus.. Thank You Atterbury motors for everything. I'm out of words.

I bought a Samsung Note 10 lite on contract previously.. I used it for about 10 months, .. one day I was charging my phone, few hours later it felt very hot and it never switched on thereafter. I took my phone in to cell c because it was still within the guarantee , first time I'm having a problem with this phone.. We got a call that the phone was tempered with before and it was no longer being manufactured so it can't be repaired. It's a new phone.. they offered us a new contract way above more than our initial contract we afforded.. they phone has been with Cell C for months now and no resolution communicated.. This kind of treatment really hits hard on loyal customers like myself.. I've been using Cell C and this Numbers for more than 10years. All I'm asking is the service due unto to us..
I've been using Cell C for +10 years now.. but the Service me and my wife is getting Is rediculous, and poorly for loyal customers.. my wife took my phone to Cell C Outlet after my 7-8 months Samsung Note 10 lite didn't want to charge or switch on anymore.. I've had such experience before with Samsung poor batteries phones. Now they say they can't assist us with replacement or repairs as the Note 10 lites are no longer produced. But they are still advertising it for Sale.. My biggest mistake was to inform my friends and family that this is the best phone I've used.. they also bought them. Now they'll experience the same thing when it suddenly stops working like mine did... It's been more than 2months since we took my phone in.. they don't call to let us know what's happening..
I really don't know where to start with how DC Experts has inconvenienced my life.. a year ago, I got a phone from them offering me a debt review. Over the phone the lady had taken all my details and reviewed all my debts. She then said to me that the term of my contract with them will only be for 12months.. it sounded unrealistic, I then called them after a month to ask them what would be the term of my debt review. They said we waiting for the balancing sheets from my creditors as they can't make a full determination as to how long will my term be.. I informed them that I only had agreed to take it as it was said that my term will only be for 12months.. the bosses called just to only apologize and still even today they haven't gave me my terms. It's over a year now.. they are giving people fails information just so they can get/trip people into debt review.. I have warned them before that I will complain to the insurance obudmans. I called them several times, they can't assist me.. I will continue to complain about them on every possible platform so that people don't fall into the same trip..
