So Yellow Sub has a 4 days rule on a total refund to you which I have followed instead of them sending my refund to my account I am being told a store voucher was issued I want no store voucher I want a refund this is unacceptable.
So FNB has this health cash plan they have for when you are hospitalised whether private or public. When I ask the Bob shop team they telling me how it’s out of their control how when they are the administrator I am honestly disgusted by their service and I want my refund 🤮
