Even though I app**** for my loan on a Thursday, by the next Tuesday they had paid out the loan. They ask for numerous documents (which I understand), and that's what takes up the time. I have to give special mention to Phillipine Mnisi whom I spoke to this morning . She gave me all the correct information, explained that my employment situation is unique and when I explained to her she asked me for the correct documentation which I sent her. Within an hour or 2 the money was in my account Thanks FNB and Phillipine!

I got OUTsurance pet insurance after we got our boston terrier. I had never had a pet on an insurance plan before, so naturally I was sceptical. I went for the executive plan because that is what made sense to me at the time. Which is really not expensive in the bigger scheme of things. After a year of having my boy, last Thursday he woke up with a wet ear (the only way to explain it). I immediately assumed it was an ear infection and phoned OUTsurance to find out if the claim would be paid. I was assured by Jacques that it absolutely would be and he just reminded me of my the limits pertaining to my plan. It's been such a great experience, and even though there's lots of paperwork involved it was seemless. I got confirmation today that my entire claim would be paid Thanks OUTsurance Pet Insurance, you guys are tops!!

Today after looking at MANY options for pet insurance for my new Boston Terrier, I decided to look at OUTsurance, and boy, am I glad I did.I spoke to Lourens Loubser, and he was so pleasant to speak to over the phone! (I'm a millenial, I hate phone calls). Lourens gave me two options and I went for the Executive policy, and I'm very sure I'll be glad I did. On 21 October my 2 year old was admitted to Rosearcres... The Doctors and the nurses there are extremely competent and compassionate and I just wanted to post here. We had to pay a large some of money in for a 3 day's stay, but my boy was discharged on the 2nd day. The money has been refunded and he's now healthy. I would like to commend the following people that worked there while my son was there Every single nurse, from casualties to the ward The two young locum doctors that received us there Amanda at the front desk Doctor Thwala (who is an excellent paediatrician) Thank you! Life Roseacres has AGAIN proven that me considering changing my medical aid is an excellent idea (the one I'm on now wouldnt pay to have my son admitted there_
I've been with Captitec for 10 years. Never had problems, until recently. On Tuesday, I took my husband for breakfast for his birthday, I have a savings plan, and, before I pay, I usually transfer the amount I need back into my savings account.. Nou Ja.. here I was, on my husbands birthday, redfaced, because the app is down, sitting in Wimpy. The consultant I spoke to(bless her soul), was at first not even aware that the app was down. She told me I had to go into a branch to transfer the money around (this was 08:25 and I start working at 08:30), if it wasn't for my money that came into my account after I let my boss know about the situation 08:45, I would've been *****ed. I paid my 65 Rand for a new card as it had expired (this was in June). Constantly, every time I want to pay at Pick 'n Pay or Checkers Hyper my chip malfunctions. I only get lunch from 13:00 till 14:00. On Wednesday I went to do my shopping)at Pick n Pay) and got to the till at 13:55, thinking all was gonna be okay. Chip malfunctioned again and I had reached my stupid tap limit for the day, so, I went to draw money, no ATM could give me the money(It kept saying Possible Equipment Malfunction). I then, at 14:05 had to rush to Capitec to get a new card, and pay for it AGAIN. I did so and was on my merry way Today, at Pick 'n Pay, I couldn't pay, again. Went to 2 ATMS, no luck, so, i put the items back and came back to the office. I just want you to know that I am looking into alternative banks. The constant stress and embarrassment of not being able to pay for your groceries is just NOT worth the low bank fees - you can keep your low fees
