Good day. This is the second time this is happening to me last year also and I know for sure the bank will say I have received it just like the previous agent that reply with in 2 second. I do help someone selling stuff so as ppl pay I transfer the funds to my savings as soon as the money is there. An amount of 480 was paid but C duploy.i haven't received the money and I don't lie. it does reflect there but I swear I have not received the money. I had to take a 400 from payment made by Sandy as I will be short on the funds I received but I do swear I have not received as I didn't transfer anything . this is for this month. A Yasmin also made a payment of 240 but when I got money only 220 I could have transferred but it shows she paid 240. If the bank is going to make me a lier and said I did receive I am closing my fnb account
I have terminated my medical aid with effective from the 31 May 2026. My baby was born on the 4 May 2026. The medical aid refuse to add my child on the medical aid. As per rule a baby should be added effective from the date of birth, which is the 4 May and my medical aid only ends the 31 May 2026!!! i need answers as soon as possible please. This is really a bad medical aid I would not recommend anyone to join. And I will be sharing my views on social media!!!
Good day Fnb.. why do u like to over charge and rob people . my husband had an unpaid debit order of 577 and a 200 for his sanlam which he normally deposit the money. Last month he did the same and I have emailed u guys how can he be in arrears with 1550 on his fnb.. u keep on doing this then u send email as if u don't care.. fix this don't come and over charge people for ur pocket and don't send ne.and email that is amount due.... *****s !!!!!
Good day. May husband had one unpaid debit order as he had to tranfer money from money from one account to another. Now u charge him1600 he wants to transfer the money back but we not gonna pay 1600. please do contact him
i have chat in the bank app. they first transferred me from pilar to post. i have ask for the settlement letters for my husband and i. they gave me instructions when i went on the app no amount were reflecting.i am not sure what i am going to do now as i qm not getting any assistance
This is the worse Medixql aid ever. Id i can change at this veey moments . i would rather prefer tp pay less for more benefits. Here u pay more for less benefit and less terrible service . i wemt toy gynie . pay the account of 1800 out of my pocket. i have request auth also agent told me that as soon as they receive an account i will automatically be register . mt gynie gave me letter for some test to be done. up u till today still no feedback . bad service since we on this medical aid

We received a vikk From netcare 991. I was jjst picked up to be taken to the hospital i was after 6 and an emergency. They se us a bill of 5000. Is that the cost of petrol. Good day. We are very unhappy with the medical aid. All we do is pay for the medical aid and pay in extra on account we they dont pay. We recently had to pay a path care account over R1000 which the medical aid never paid. Today we received an sms for the ambulance account of R5000 which they not going to pay. I will never recommend anyone to join this scheme. Our contribution is over 5000 and we still have to pay in here and there over 1000 on account. We will be resigning soon as Bonita as a better offer for less what our contribution is.
I have send my complaint more than a week ago still no feedback.. The most terrible medical scheme...
