Extreme delay in delivering items purchased. Refusal to send to Post Net at my request as I am single and have no one at home to receive the parcel Despite my informing them of my cell phone number, originally typing it as +27 with the following 9 numbers and finding that on their form the last two digits were omitted due to lack of space, I then submitted the number starting with a zero. They said that they could not contact me due to a so called incorrect number, but they did not check their emails from me to see the advice of the number starting without the +27 and stating it to begin with a zero. They now demand extra payment for delivery despite the fact that delivery / courier fee charges were paid when making the purchase. I have found them to be extremely obstructive and not user friendly. The old adage is that the customer is the person to be considered first. Not the case with S & H Electronic Services

Both A-Rewards.co.za as well as Customer care at MTN deliver non- existent service. They do not care about their customers at all
I was led to believe that the following contracts My_MTNChoice_40GBCustomer SIM Only 27635359595 and My MTMChoice Flexi 220 – 24 Months SIM Only 27732459595 sold to me by telephone on 4 February 2021 would reduce my cellphone costs. Instead it practically trebles them!!!! I received the sim cards on 10 February 2021 and returned the same two sim cards to the MTN Branch at Hemingways Mall on 11 February 2021. Reference: SR # 1-3833524087 I am now faced with the Statements and Invoices despite not having made use of the sim cards at all and having returned them within one day of receiving them. I need your assistance to cancel the contract with effect 11 February 2021. I returned the SIM cards to the MTN Branch at Hemingways Mall on 11 February 2021 and have yet to have any response. I also sent a full email with all the details to Sunisha Ramdass at MTN Telesales Indirect, the person who sold the contract to me but despite using the email address [email protected] I keep on receiving notification that the email is undelivered. Attempting to contact via the telephone number 031 533 300 has also been unsuccessful. I was bamboozelled by the telephone call on 4 February 2021. People are misled by these types of calls.
