Your handeling of accounts and the unnecessary over charging of admin fees are really ridiculous. What does it help that you have two divisions Edgars and RCS calling for the amount outstanding? Then you are also not interlinked with one another? I have sent emails that is not answer in a propper professional manner by questions just being ignored. Also, I informed in writing my situation and that payment will be made but still you guys keep on phoning and sending emails? I have requested information in 2025 and still not answered.
Takealot does not even deserve a 1 star but unfortunately I have to give 1 in order to complain. Their way of dealing with clients are really the worst. I have spoken to so many agents at Takealot. Send emails and their whole system seems not to be best or the agents assisting clients just don't care. I have sent dozens of emails that does not help. I have also asked in 4 mails to contact me but they hide behind their computers. It is really disgusting to get such service and let clients suffer like this for nothing. I have asked for the supervisor to contact me but doubt the person would even bother to read that part. Asked to return the item which I did. Received mail to confirm they received it even a sms to confirm with an agent confirming on email their courier has received it. Gues what? Next person asked me when can they send someone to collect it. Really wish I could send this to the top of takealot to sort this out as their agents does not care. Their is also no further route that one can take.
