THEE Worst property management company EVER!!! They have no care in the world for their residents. Our apartment got broken into on the 12 May. This is after the caretaker had alerted Mafadi that the gate is not working properly. 1. The building manager by the name of Innocent sends us a Whatsapp asking if we have opened a case. This person didn't bother asking how can he assist, Zero sense of empathy. He couldn't even care less whether our door was fixed or not. 2. We decided to visit their offices and guess what, no body is there. They all had apparently left because there is no water. Mr Innocent decides to return my call which I made earlier while at their offices. This guy doesn't CARE. Zero empathy all he cares about is whether there is a case number or not. When i pointed out that it's the property managers that have been negligent hence why the break in happened this man tells me about the building Financials. How does my apartment being broken into have anything to do with the building financials. These people are useless and no nothing about managing a building. Every month we have no power for atleast a day because municipal bill hasn't been paid. Useless! Useless! Useless!
I made an online order of KFC and when it got delivered, half of the portions were okay and the others were raw inside. I then laid a complaint of which i received an acknowledgement. Their customer care or whoever tried to reach for additional information but I was unreachable. They then proceeded to close the case "for now" and provided a contact number where i could call. When i called the nice lady said my case is closed because they require pictures of their "disgusting" product. 1 if they needed pictures why didn't they say so on my initial complaint as I would have gladly provided that. Also no one is thinking let me take a picture of this raw chicken that KFC gave me. asking me for pictures 2-3 days later is quite ridiculous actually. CAS - 2724653-Q8F7P5
These ones will take your money AND still cut off your internet. They have no care in the world that we work from home and need internet services. The only thing they know is to blame Billing!!!! If my account is paid and up to date why is billing cutting my services. It's 3 days now without internet services, 3 DAYS!!!!!!!!!! I have also called them numerous times, they escalate and nothing happens. The services is Pathetic.
This company’s service is pathetic. Two mornings in a row the send an email as early as 07:30 saying my order is out and I should expect delivery. Two days in a row I have not received my package. I called customer service and the lady put me hold to “apparently “ call the driver, she then told me the driver said I should have my package by 17:00. Judging by me not receiving my package I assume there was no phone call.
I can't believe that in the year 2023 Woolworths insists I go withdraw cash for my layby order. Apparently their layby system does not pick up card payments. These people want me walking around the mall with R4000. Risking my safety. I also didn't have my bank card on me because well technology allows us to use our phones for payment, but does Woolworths know this? NO!!!!!!!!!! Because well they only want cash. Not what I was expecting from Woolies..
I really have no words for this business and how its run. Where have you ever had a business run by Chatbots. When you take peoples money, you need to have a number where people can contact you. They are more than happy to take your money but try getting any more information from them and you are in for a endless ride of email links which just hang. I'm considering contacting Mishaan or visiting their offices because WOW!!!!!! Annoyed and Disappointed
Zando decided to take my money for an order I made then they close the order saying payment is unsuccessful. I have clear proof that the money left my account. Their line is useless as you can't reach anyone then I ask for assistance via the live chat and a Ziyanda tells me they are unable to allocate a payment to a cancelled order. I did not cancel the order, they did now they can't allocate the payment. How is that my problem??? Ziyanda then says she will process a refund which by the way I did not ask for, This refund will take 10 days! What a joke!!!! I want my stuff
I made an online purchase from The Fix and requested to collect it at my nearest store, this was supposed to take 3-5 business days. After numerous phone calls and being told i need to contact the courier myself I found out that someone by the name of Poppy decided to cancel my order. No reason given, no communication provided NOTHING! Their customer service line is just useless, everyone tells you they do not know who Poppy is and everyone will investigate but no one gets back to me. I just got told that i will be refunded in 14 days. Terrible terrible service. unimpressed!!!
