I went and bought a perfume at Zara Sandton at approximately 15:30 which when I got to the office to realised that I took the wrong box from the bottle that was placed right next to the box, in less than 30min was at the store explained what happend and manager was called by the name of AB didn’t want hear my side of story which I still the store for not having anyone arranging perfume section or assisting on perfume section, you have policies to cover urself but not staff on floor to make sure things are done as they should and managers who are not able to listen and understand clients frustration even if u won’t help but listen. I left the perfume at store with them because I will not take what I will not use
It’s been 3 month without any feedback from the home loan application, I have app**** home loan for more than 3 month to change the bond from my ex husband to my name everything was submitted up until today I’m still waiting to be told if I qualify or not, and again if one does not call for follow up no one bothers to call and give update but funny I’m receiving calls to make payment every month Would like to know if I should go do application to other banks or what Hoping to hear from you soon
Bad service
I to buy fish, chips and Russian this morning @ Pick ‘n Pay the Marc and I’ve requested a salt as was seeing it on the counter, when I asked the lady who was assisting me she told me that they do not have salt and told the lady be the name of Refiloe who happen to be a supervisor and she boldly said there is no salt, while the lady suggested that she brings a container and the refill but the supervisor was not interested then told me that they have chip spice, not everybody takes spice It is 09:00 in the morning and the question is when did the salt finish today or yesterday and if the salt is finished why did that have to do with me? why are u selling food if you not happy to be giving service or making alternative? Why are supervisors lacking customer service ? Why do they think giving customer seevice is doing us a favor
Manager I complaint about was too proud to call and apologise instead send someone else do do the job for her
I have a bought airtime at Pick ‘n Pay liquor the Marc, when I was loading it kept on saying that it Valid went back to the shop and spoke to Sbongiseni who was rude told me that “ what must he do there’s nothing he can do I must call mtn ask them why is the airtime not working which I did while in the store but which they told me that the voucher is invalid, he then told us to go ask for a manager because he has nothing to do with airtime I got to the store requested a manager who didn’t bother to come see us, Andile was not even interested in our matter she never even ask what was our issue or problem, only 1 lady by the name of Shimani tried assisting which she also didn’t know how to resolve and told us they have been having the same problem.
Went to food *****s market The Marc to buy fruit salad and youghut but attitude I got from the 3 laddies who stood there and watched me greeting them no one acknowledged and I even asked to for assistance which a lady by the name of Gugu assisted with stinking attitude and on top of the gave me wrong choice of youghut when I told her that I do not want that one she told what must she do about it, I understand that they must be tired and they have there since morning but that does not give them the right to give us bad attitude to customers,
We came to collect the car we bought only to find the worst sales man who does not have a customer service at all by the name of Craig, he was called to assist us as the person who assisted us before was off. He was helping as if he is doing us a favour
Given Moremi at We Buy Cars in Germiston gave us a good service when we purchased our Volkswagen.
I called iwyze on the 19th at around 21:05, and was out through road assistance which I did not get assistance, instead I was told that my insurance last day was on the 18th, I cancelled the insurance and still within my month notice which is 25th April, however needed assistance I did not get it was told that they can assist however at a cost! I have a recording of my cancellation for 25th of April and iwyze failed to assist me when I needed help, was stuck in Alexandra at night around 21:00, a woman alone in the car. I called again today, I was told I’m covered however road assistance does not cover me on their side is cancelled I’m no longer insure with them, How is that so? Would like to get feed back on this asap Regards
