I would like to complain against moove for withholding my deposit of R9000 and now they say I did not finish paying the full deposit and hence I do not qualify for a refund and when I took the car this was not discussed and even in the contract. When I returned the car the lady assisting said I would get my refund but after a week to my surprise I did not get my refund
I have a prepaid sim card and I am always forcefully subscribed by mtn to their unknown subscriptions that take your airtime by force
