Nothing short of disgusted
I won a court case against these guys. I’m waiting for the inventory list from the Sheriff so they can auction their assets so I get my monies back. The broke owner claims he’s worth millions but can’t afford to refund R20,000.00, something doesn’t add up here. Very aggressive and entitled behavior. The owner makes you feel very unsafe. I wouldn’t recommend anyone stay here. The experience has been nothing short of disgusting. I have records for anyone who would like them. I’m considering opening up a criminal case for fraud as well. Run away

Unpleasant Place to Live In
Noisy complex - can’t sleep. When it’s not the residents or their visitors at night, it’s the security guards at the gate having loud conversations that disturb your sleep. Ant infestation in Block 4, no matter what you do, the ants keep coming back - they come from outside the apartment. Before prepaid meters were installed, utility bills were really high. They’re suddenly much lower now that everything is prepaid. Why?

Poor quality
I should have read Hello Peter comments before shopping at Coricraft. Never again. Bought a lounge set from them June 2019, the one tub chair has sunk in, it feels weird and uncomfortable. The quality of their products is surprisingly terrible - feels like I bought their stuff at Decofurn... I’m disappointed
